The rogue's attack deals extra damage anytime her target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the rogue flanks her target. This extra damage is 1d6 at 1st level, and increases by 1d6 every two rogue levels thereafter. Should the rogue score a critical hit with a sneak attack, this extra damage is not multiplied. Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet.

And from the APG

Sniper's Eye (Ex): A rogue with this talent can apply her sneak attack damage on ranged attacks targeting foes within 30 feet that benefit from concealment. Foes with total concealment are still immune.

...bigger question is why PLUTO is associated with Demon Lords; Pluto realistically is Lawful Neutral - the guys was EASILY the most level-headed of all the Olympian deities, and the worst thing he did was kidnap Persephone (and thereafter stayed COMPLETELY FAITHFUL to her, which is a lot more than can be said for his two brothers...)
Your Dresden files might be showing.

Eh, not really. All the Olympian gods are dicks to various degrees. But Pluto pretty much just did his own thing and ignored the rest. He played by the rules, he was generally fair (paradise for good people, bad people... well, he was creative in his punishments). As was noted, the only time he did anything that could be construed as evil that I can think of was the whole Persephone deal.

He's definitely not chaotic or evil. I could see him placed as LN or N, and could see an argument for LG even (though that one's a bit of a stretch).

In some versions Persephone goes with him willingly because her mother is so busy tending to the earth that she's lonely and Pluto is the first god/person/being that is interested in her. The nymphs that spend time with her only did so because her mother asked. I'd agree with neutral for him, but why is Venus good? She married Hephaestus and then slept with Mars, even for chaotic good that seems wrong. She's more chaotic neutral.

So first off Ninja is the alternate class for Rogue which means if you have a level in one you can't have a level in the other. There are Rogue archetypes that let you use poison, and improve your trap disarming, and some rouge talents that let you set traps based off the rangers trap list. The Poisoner Rogue Archetype and the Trapsmith Rogue Archetype stack as well so you can take both of them, but they replace other class features.

I ran Savage Tides with Pathfinder PCs and the biggest problem that came up was that there were two paladins in the party. That AP gets really demon heavy so that skewed things in the PCs favor. Next time only one paladin.

Are we all ignoring that in the witches back story the imp killed its former master? I think that alone makes it untrustworthy. It has established it will kill those it is supposed to help.

The person running the game I was playing in hit a deer with his car and totaled it, so now he can't drive in from BFE and nobody wants to drive out there to get him. I understand that feeling though, the pot growers and the wineries in the town he lives in are feuding over water so it's a little scary there.

I fixed it. It seems someone decided to troll my guide. I do plan to update it with all the new traits and suggestions. I have just been out of town the past 6 months or so. Now that I'm back I should be getting it updated before long. Thanks again for all the suggestions and comments. I will post a new thread when I get it updated.

Since no one mentioned it to you a while back and I just found think I should let you know that the first three adventure paths use 3.5 rules and not the Pathfinder updates. They were made while Pathfinder core content was still in beta. All the traits from those APs probably us the 3.5 rules as well, although Rise of the Runelords did get updated, Curse of the Crimson Throne and Second Darkness didn't.

Ear-Piercing Scream does sonic damage to one target and dazes it, with a Fort save to resist daze and half damage. Perfect for oozes in my opinion, but unless you know you're going to face an ooze it's usefulness may vary.

If you have access to the Fiend Folio from 3.0/3.5 it has a template for an undead creature called a heucuva. It has to be applied to a humanoid that had at least one level in cleric, paladin, druid, or monk but when applied to a cleric it gains control undead. I've used one in a low level encounter before, it works well and fits your requirements.

There's a 2011 post similar to yours, and Sean K Reynolds replied:

Do you know if the spell is supposed to be replaced with another or just removed? I'm guessing removed...
Sorry, I posted the entirety of Sean's reply. Beyond that, I personally know nothing of the spell.

Thank you anyway. I'll just figure something out.

Does anyone know what spell Lighting Rod is supposed to be? Both the srd and my hard copy of Ultimate Magic list it as one of the three 7th level spells the the Metal elemental school gets, but it doesn't seem to exist.
