Hi!I ordered my first book from Paizo directly, which was Treasure Vault, It's not moved since the 19th, and I'm certain that it's lost in shipping. I'm super bummed because it was slated for arriving by the 22nd, and I've lost the hype of reading it now that it's on AoN.
I sent a few emails to support but haven't heard back yet.
I love this game so far as I'm brand new to this, and was really looking forward to this one. :(
Well, it's been almost 4 weeks now since it shipped and no book and no replies to any of my inquiries to email@example.com. This is unacceptable, and I would like a refund or I'll issue a chargeback.If you're reading this, I guess you could say I got the worst end of their customer service and I would NOT RECOMMEND buying from them. This is unfortunate because I love this game and want to support them but for weeks of not a single response? That's bad.
