Looking at the thread here I'll give my cent's worth, I run a Faerun campaign and found SCAP fairly straight forward to convert, I used Tashalar to the south, its got the mountains, jungle, some cities, seems to suit a mix of 2nd+ generation ex patriates and has a mercantile bent that fits the feel of Cauldrons Merchant Prince nobility nicely.

For the Diety conversions I opted for a Tyr-St Cuthbert swop,(could have gone for Helm.. but I envision Surabar and his original settlers being of Northern extraction, Illuskans and Uthgardt), For Wee-Jas I chose to go for an active church still revering Jergal rather than Kelemvor(far spookier), Gond seemed to fit nicely for the Gnomes and craftsmen of the region, Shaundakul was a fair replacement for Farlaghn, and Kord I elected to replace with Uthgar rather than Tempus. Pelor was replaced by Lathander. The Ebon triad will probably fit a cult revering Bane, and the two other dead nasties...

Im tempted to try using action points a la Eberron, but am concerned that it could have a negative impact, and of course players can never have enough feats,so I use a house rule to give players one extra feat at first level.

Hope this email is helpful to someone!
