About Lorn the Barber

Background:

Lorn the Barber is a pretty decent barber. Just like his father he's a travelling barber. Lorn has a preference for shaving the beards and mustaches of men and curling the hair of women. He finds working with hair to be soothing and honest. Unfortunately Lorn is also a thug, a thief and a kidnapper. He's fought others from an early age, he has robbed many of his customers and has even been involved in a few kidnappings. The latest of these went terribly wrong for Lorn. Everything was looking good: he'd found himself a wealthy looking young man. The young man didn't seem to fight back a lot but refused to tell him who his parents were or where he lived. In a flash of anger Lorn cut off both the ears of the brave young man with his large razor, spraying blood all over them both. To make matters worse, his earless victim escaped and fled to his father, a renowned bard and well-loved hero. Lorn quickly assembled his belongings and tried to flee the town. The old hero had quickly assembled the local guards and they chased Lorn on his mule. The guards and the old hero quickly caught up with him and arrested him for his crime. The guards let the old hero give Lorn a nasty beating after they'd bound him in ropes. "And now I'll cut off YOUR ears" the angry old bard whispered and he pulled a hidden knife from his shirt. Before he actually mutilated Lorn the guards interfered and brought Lorn prison. His sentence was death or be sent to another place to fight for his life. That was an easy choice for Lorn. He didn't expect to end up in an arena...

Appearance:

Lorn is a sturdy looking man, not exactly ugly but he's a look in his green eyes that some people dislike. Usually his brown hair is well taken care off. Now that he's about to participate in the arena he's making sure that he's not just ready for a fight but also looking like a true fighter. On his body he usually wears a nice looking black leather barber's apron with a belt for his shaving knives and other tools. Now they look slightly damaged after being torn up a bit during his arrest.
Lorn is quite strong although he doesn't show much muscle. Even more surprising: Lorn is very agile, something which helps him when working on the most delicate mustaches of his customers but also helps him not getting hurt in fights.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency:
Rogues are proficient with all simple weapons, plus the hand crossbow, rapier, sap, shortbow, and short sword. They are proficient with light armor, but not with shields.
Evasion(Ex):
At 2nd level and higher, a rogue can avoid even magical and unusual attacks with great agility. If she makes a successful Reflex saving throw against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful save, she instead takes no damage. Evasion can be used only if the rogue is wearing light armor or no armor. A helpless rogue does not gain the benefit of evasion.
Rogue Talent: Two-Weapon Fighting:
A rogue that selects this talent gains Two-Weapon Fighting as a bonus feat.
