![]() I looked through the forums for almost an hour, and I couldn't find the answer to my question; if this has already been answered, please point me in the right direction. I own digital books, hardback books, and PDFs... I buy books from Paizo whenever possible, but sometimes if I'm at a con or store and I see something, I buy it there to support the con/store. Considering that I have PDFs, digital books, and physical hardback books - and money doesn't grow on trees - I'm not really looking to re-purchase anything. So, I guess my question is what should I carry around, or what is the best format/thing to carry around, that shows all the resources I own that span PDFs, digital books, and physical books? ![]()
![]() Let's say you have a really great Human Archer in Pathfinder Society Organized Play, and you want to become an Arcane Archer. Instead of taking a level in Sorcerer or Wizard to get your 'ability to cast 1st-level arcane spells' are there good Bard, Magus, Witch, or Summoner options? I have to admit since the Arcane Archer only get the spell progression from the class, the simple choice would be Sorcerer or Wizard, but I was wondering if anyone had luck with the other arcane casting classes as an Arcane Archer? ![]()

![]() I know everyone is sick of Mystic Theurge early entry tricks, but I would really like to challenge myself to see if I can build a Charisma-based Kitsune Mystic Theurge from an Oracle and Sorcerer, with early entry at 4th level. We all know that to qualify to become a Mystic Theurge a character must fulfill all the following criteria: * Skills: Knowledge (arcana) 3 ranks, Knowledge (religion) 3 ranks.
So, here are my questions at this point: 1). There are posts out there that state the Kitsune's Change Shape Racial Trait fulfills the '2nd-level arcane spells' requirement. Can someone clarify as to if this is true for PFS? 2). Is anyone aware of any Oracle Mysteries or Revelations that grant a spell-like ability that counts for the '2nd-level divine spells' requirement? ![]()
![]() Rangers, Paladins, Cavaliers, and even certain archetypes like a Barbarian Mounted Fury all get animal companion/mounts. However, if you are playing one of the many Pathfinder Society classes that don't get an animal companion or mount, but you really REALLY want one for your character, how do you go about getting one? For example, if you want the many extra Feats of a Fighter because you want to make a decent archer character, the only way I know to give the character a mount is to take the Nature Soul and then Animal Ally Feats. Is this correct, or is there another way to give a Rogue, Bard, straight Fighter, or any otherwise animal companion/mount-less character a animal companion or mount? |
