Ghorza places her fist over her heart and bows to the Chief.
"I am Ghorza Lightseeker, honorable Chief. A paladin of the Dawnflower, Sarenrae, and Crusader of Kenabres. I know not how such news will be taken, but I will make sure that such a message reaches compassionate ears. Taking into account everything that we've learnt, it is safe to say that views on your people will be mixed, at best."
Ghorza thinks for a moment, before sighing and becoming tranquil.
"Though this may be my thoughts alone, I feel that Sarenrae has blessed this place. For even in the dark and danger and barred from the sun light still glows upon those who need it.' she looks at the Chief and any other townsfolk present 'I of course mean no disrespect to any deity you worship, just that I can feel the Dawnflower here. I believe that those higher in the order would see that our goddess sees you to be good of heart, regardless of past prejudices and rumor."
While thinking of all they have found while down in the caverns, Ghorza remembers the brooch.
"Does a bat sitting on a mushroom hold any meaning to your people or anyone you know of? We found such a sign in a copper brooch. It may be purely an extravagant piece of jewelry, but none in our party have ever seen anything quite like it."

"I am Ghorza Lightseeker, Paladin of the Dawnflower. We thank you for allowing us into your city. It is truly a sight to behold' Ghorza says, admiring the cavern and the island at it's centre.
'While we may be a bit late in saying, we have slain the Dwarf. He almost killed Aranthis, despite us trying to calm him. We had no choice.
And if the undead you speak of is the one from the Temple of Torag, then we have slain it as well, and burned the body along with that of a giant fly that came too close.
We also spotted the corpse of a giant spider when we first arrived, killed the giant maggots that came out of it, then there were the cockroaches.
Aranthis shares the undead's markings as she is also a follower of Torag, but the markings are where the similarities end. She cleansed the Temple best she could with the little holy water that remained.
If there are any who follow him here, the temple is fit for ceremony once again." Ghorza informed the guard as the group walked through the stone door.

would just like to note that Ghorza asks someone to throw her armor down once she reaches the bottom and she dons it.
Ghorza give Zogar a teasing grin before carrying her pack to the other side of the chasm. She takes out the silk rope from her pack, ties it around the straps, makes sure it's closed properly and everything is secure before hoisting herself up the rope, carrying the other end of the silk rope with her.

Ghorza crouches down by the edge of the chasm, close enough to peer down into the gap, her darkvision coming in handy for the lower and farther parts of the divide.

"It is going to be a bother, but it looks like we may need to scale to the bottom, walk across and then climb back up the other side." She says, surveying the area.
"We have rope and tools enough for that, but if there are any who cannot climb then they will need to be lowered and hoisted instead. Looks like teamwork will be greatly needed here, if we are all to cross." she says, giving Horgus a brief look before looking around for anything that looks like it could be a good place to tie a rope.

While Ghorza relaxes slightly, the encounter earlier has let her warier, though not enough to keep out her sword.
Keeping her shield ready, but arms open, she walks ahead a bit, being the one best suited for an attack while unarmed. The dwarf incident earlier also leaving her unwilling to send anyone else.
"We mean no harm and it seems that misfortune has been more than generous today, as we are also facing our share of problems.' she gestures to the group, though doesn't point out Zogar 'Perhaps we can help each other."

Ghorza walks to where Aranthis, still gloomy.
"We will refrain from approaching anything alone from now on, though it should've been an obvious thing to do right from the start." she scowls when she notices the blood on her comrades armor.
"I feel I have wronged you, Aranthis. Be sure that I will set this right in the future, you have my word."
She claps Aranthis on the arm opposite her wound, and is both startled and in awe when a warm, calming sensation emits from her hand. Judging by Aranthis' face, she feels it as well.
Lay of Hands:1d6 ⇒ 6
Ghorza pulls her hand away once the feeling subsides and stares at it for a few moments before clenching it as a huge smile crosses her face.
Haha!' she says, barely controlling her volume at her elation, noticing some of the colour coming back into Aranthis' face 'Surely this could not be a better sign! She has forgiven me yet a again for my shortcomings, and has even enabled me to repair some of the damage my misjudgement caused' Ghorza is in such a good mood she doesn't seem to realize what she just said could come off as a bit cold.
She gleams at Aranthis, overjoyed at this sign from Sarenrae.
"This is surely the path I was meant to walk. Blessing us with such power when a paladin of her own causes those around her grief, and a devotee of another god no less. Good is good in the eyes of the Dawnflower. How do you feel? What did it do? Though this doesn't reverse my mistake, and the wrong is not quite righted, you seen to be looking much better than before." Ghorza asks, curious as to the extent of her new ability.

Ghorza steps over to Aranthis, places her pack down and pulls one of the Cure Light Wounds potions from a side pocket on her new pack, passing it to her.
I don't really know what string of actions this takes. I can reach Aranthis with a 5ft step, but I don't know if I can both retrieve a stored item and pass it to her in the same round. If not, I'll retrieve it now and pass it to her next round (if there is one)

Ghorza moves into to assist Zogar, moving to place herself between Aranthis and the crazy dwarf.
"Forgive me, Aranthis. It was my idea to try and calm down the dwarf, and that shot barely missed your heart.' she looks on as Zogar cleaves into the Mad-Dwarf's side.
'And although I would like to question him, he is too dangerous. An unfortunate turn of events."

Ghorza hisses and turns to face Vash, Anevia and Horgus.
"Do any of you think you can talk reason into him. You are not of the Crusade. Tell him of the demon and the dragon, that we are not here looking for anything but a way to the surface. I have no wish to kill him."
Blast it all. I have no qualms with killing that which is blatantly evil, but insanity and paranoia do not make the Dwarf evil, or irredeemable.
She pulls out her symbol of Sarenrae and kisses it.
Guide my blade with your light, Dawnflower. May his fate be true to your judgement.

Ghorza smiles.
"I think you'd find a crossbow a bit clumsy at close range. So I think it best for Aranthis to go ahead alone, while we stay in range."
She looks over at Aranthis.
"Greet him in a way that tells him you follow Torag. Then tell him our number, how we got here and that we are peaceful. Simply looking for a way out. We will stay back until he either welcomes us or attacks. I trust you can survive an initial attack from an...' she glances over at the dwarf 'unstable looking dwarf."
Ghorza sighs, running her hand through her hair.
"If it were anything other than a dwarf, I would have already gone in and greeted them. But unfortunately it is, and dwarves have tended to attack me on sight in the past. So it can't be me. "
Female Half-Orc Paladin 2; HP 21/21; AC 17; CMD 14; Fort +5, Ref +0, Will +5; Init +0
"I believe Aranthis should go. She worships a god popular among the Dwarves, so has common ground."
She glances warily back to the mad looking dwarf.
"I think it best I stay back a bit until we establish a form of peace with him. Dwarves have a tendency to... dislike me." Ghorza mutters something about racist pigmies under her breathe. "I will stay back, but not hide out of sight. If we are to create some trust here it is better not to hide our numbers."
Ghorza then motions for Vash, Anevia and Horgus to come in closer to the group.
"Phoenix, you should accompany her, but either sheath or leave your crossbow. Aranthis is capable of handling any conflict-' Ghorza stops suddenly, remembering the hammer "We have no idea how he will react to seeing this' she notions to the warhammer Aranthis is carrying 'While it could be used to encourage him to trust us, or Aranthis at least, he may also attack us if he believes we stole from a Priest of Torag. I'll leave the decision up to you, Aranthis."

"If I thought that innocence conceived near the Wound and cast into darkness was abhorrent, to think that Kernabes turned it's back on the very heroes who fought against the fear and evil that crawled from it. If being cast out by parents you never knew didn't turn you toward dark thoughts of the surface, then surely seeing them heavy with sorrow and burden because those they fought for would not fight for them certainly would."
Ghorza says sadly, running her hands along the walls and looking mournfully at the the people that she had so longed to be like only hours before.
"It seems though we may be getting closer to light, the darkness is also getting thicker. Such dedication and admiration for their parents... and yet to grow up remembering their faces only like this..."
She sighs, it was too much for her to dwell on at the moment, but there were definitely people down here that needed salvation, hope, peace. She was unsure whether a fledgling paladin such as herself was up to the task, but Sarenrae had chosen her to be there, and so be there she must. For if she couldn't shine the light in a place where it is seen the easiest, then how could she expect to make others see it who are only in the dark metaphorically?
The injustice and dishonor that was brought to surface just by the presence of the carvings soured her tongue, no one who battles evil should be cast out because of the side-effects.

"Anyone hear know how to wield a warhammer? We could just clean it up and leave it on the altar, as it seems to have been something only a priest of Torag would be given. Still, the quality is very nice would be a shame to leave it here if someone could put it to better use."

Ghorza takes the least amount of holy water necessary, sprinkling it lightly enough so that the dead thing still catches alight.
She stares at the fire as it burns, the warm dim light engulfing her, Zogar and Phoenix for a short time.
"Sarenrae is judgement and redemption. Anyone willing to seek salvation and change their ways, truly change them and not simply for benefit or guise, can be redeemed.'
She turns and walks begins walking back to the temple.
"But he was neither in a state to seek redemption, nor her follower for her to give it to. He is in Torag's court to be judged there. I cannot think of what such circumstances drove him though, and cannot ignore the possibility that there is some kind of explanation that would shade him in a better light. Loneliness? Betrayal? Madness? To be down here taxes even the strongest souls, and we are together. To be alone and lost in a realm belonging to your god... his faith was tested, and he failed, but the man he was still deserved what little we could give."
She entered the temple and stood in silence as Aranthis finished her prayers, before turning and asking what they should do now.
"We never did get a chance to explore the surrounding area' she says, retriving her shield, and moving the pack closer to the door, as against an altar seemed disrespectful now that she thought on it 'We should take a look. Aranthis, did you find anything interesting or potentially useful while cleansing the temple? If not, there may be carvings on the outer walls we have yet to see."
Female Half-Orc Paladin 2; HP 21/21; AC 17; CMD 14; Fort +5, Ref +0, Will +5; Init +0
Ghorza walks up to the corpse and removes the ring and takes out the potions.
"Considering I already carry the brooch, perhaps the ring as well. Never been one to wear rings, fat fingers, but I don't think I want to wear something looted off the dead before it is cleansed anyway."
Placing her pack and shield down, she picks up the corpse best she can without the damn thing falling apart before turning around and nodding towards the fly.
"This temple has seen enough desecration, it is no place to leave the corpses of vermin to rot. We should take them out and dump them as far from here as able, even burn them. Or at least this one.' she adds, shifting the weight of the undead priest 'Even those who forsake their gods should be shown some level of mercy. Burning it would erase his sin from this plane. Zogar, mind grabbing the fly? Or would you like to wait for me to come back and assist you? she then turns to Aranthis.
"I think it best you use the remaining holy water to cleanse this place and sanctify it. We may very well be the last people to visit here, but to leave it tainted is just...' she makes a disgusted face. "Do what you can to make this place a sanctuary worthy of bearing the holy symbol of Torag once again."
And with that she moves into the entrance hall of the temple before shouting back:
"Anyone who would like to keep me company, and add a little bit of extra attack power is welcome to come! An extra pair of friendly eyes is always welcome... no offense, Vash!"
I decided against moving anything in case the body falls apart or someone has a better idea.

"The beast is immune to normal attacks! We must make use of the holy water back in the basin! Phoenix! I believe blessing your bolts would be ideal backup. Zogar can move the freest at this time, so giving him the bolts and my sword would allow us to stay and attempt to assist Aranthis! My shield is good enough for that at least."

since Zogar said he stepped in front of me, I am assuming he is diagonal from the BBEG
Ghorza smiles grimly.
Finally something worth fighting!
Though a bit off put of why Zogar chose to step in front of her and block her way rather than rush at the monster, since he was directly in front of it, she isn't going to argue when that means she can take his place.
She side steps around Zogar, bringing her scimatar around for an upper-cut slice the undead creature.
"I am definitely using detect evil from this point on. Undead! In a temple! Unforgivable!" she says, more to herself than anyone else.
"I need some help in making sure this is really what it says it is before giving it to Anevia. We can then fill it with some of the holy water. Will the slight remains of the potion dampen the divine strength of the water, or should we rinse it out first. I'm sure Anevia won't object to drinking watered down potion so that we don't waste it by tipping it out." she says to Phoenix, handing him the potion before following the other two into the main temple, weapon at the ready (since she never sheathed it)
She calls back to the remaining three.
"I would ask that you stay in this chamber while we search. Venture off on your own, even just to walk around the temple, is too risky. Especially when that fly is still about. A lone wanderer would likely seem much more appealing than a large group bearing weapons."
Stepping through the main door, she looks around, her eyes giving away her wonder at the sacred place. As a Paladin, she knows all too well how much a person can put of themselves into something that centers around their faith, and while Torag is not her God, she is calmed by the familiarity of a temple of worship of a good-aligned divine.

"We are all feeling the effects of our situation. This temple is a good sign. A sign that there could be worshipers of Torag down here. Though not my God, the worshipers that I know of are strong and reliable, and more importantly good-willed.' She nods at Aranthis, before looking over at Anevia and Horgus and pulling a vial out of her bag. 'Correct me if I am mistaken, but I believe one among us is a dabbler in alchemy. Should this prove to be a curative potion, perhaps everyone will benefit by letting Anevia take it now."
Diplomacy:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25 I forget if I'm supposed to put the roll at the start or end of what I am intending to be diplomatic about, but mostly this whole text, as it is addressing the NPCs in the group
"And Horgus, please have patience, it hasn't even been 2 hours yet on my reckoning and it isn't Anevia's fault that her injury impedes her movement. Also, before deciding a persons burden and risk, perhaps you should both assess your own contribution to this endeavor while also taking to mind that it is the right of the protectors to decide who is worth their protection. "
"We have already left one behind, though she chose it that makes it no less heavy on my conscience. I will not abandon anyone else, not in the darkness, and most certainly not because they are injured. Anevia, her gaze softens, as does her voice when addressing the emotional woman, 'I know you are in pain, and that Horgus is being difficult. So now is the time to take strength in our faiths, in the loved ones we need return to. Fighting among ourselves will only tear us apart and create chaos within the group."
She stands to face the group, though mostly addressing her fellow fighters.
"I know it has barely been any time at all since we last stopped and rested, but perhaps resting of the body isn't enough to sustain ourselves. I know not of your faiths or beliefs, but perhaps a short meditation inside the temple is needed for us all to clear our heads, gather our thoughts, and cleanse the negative thoughts and fears that may or may not have begun to gather in our hearts. Should take no longer than an hour, less than that if all goes well. And who knows, perhaps the divine may choose to give us blessing or guidance for the journey ahead."
Ghorza awaits a reply, mainly from Aranthis, whom she indicates she wishes to enter first, more out of respect and recognition that this is a sacred place of her patron God then fear of what could be in store.

"Well... Ghorza straightens up and relaxes "That was... kind of pointless. Best stay on guard though. Curse'ed bugs." She walks up closer to the building.
"So, we going in? Hard to pass up, even I am curious as to how such a place came to be down here."
I do not recall any mention of doors. Though they could be obvious, don't want Ghorza to ask about them unless they are hidden.
If the doors aren't obvious:
Perception:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8she's looking for hidden buttons, latches, grooves that indicate a door etc but no matter how hard she looks, all she sees is stone and walls.
"Any clue on how to get in?" she asks everyone, but its mostly directed at Aranthis "Any teachings you know of that speak of buildings like this?"
If the doors are obvious:
Perception:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10 (or the one in the previous spoiler, if looking for traps falls into the same area as looking for hidden doors. Meaning it = 8)
"Not one to be overly cautious, but I've seen traps do nasty things to better warriors than I. Anyone see anything that looks like it could be one?"
She stays at least 5ft away from the building, still not sure what to make of it.
"Might be a good idea to search the exterior before we go in as well. Cover our backs, and possibly find some more clues to this buildings purpose."

She nods her thanks to Phoenix and Zogar.
Having no way to attack at that range, Ghorza moves up next to Zogar, drawing her scimitar (she also readies her shield if she can) not exactly sure how move actions are added up
At least it isn't a spider
Ghorza thought, trying to be optimistic.

"Ah! Hold on. I forgot to repack.'
She says, taking off both the packs she was carrying and putting down the sack.
"If no one minds, I'd like to replace my backpack with the one we found earlier. I seem to have the most to carry, or at least packed more then others did. A better quality pack would be reassuring.'
After moving a whole bunch of items around, she places her bedroll and the extra flint and steel, along with the three candle stubs she picked up in her original backpack and holds it out for Pheonix.
"If it's not too much for you, here. I'll take the repaired bedroll, but it looks as though you aren't as well equipped for this kind of situation as the rest of us. There's a flint and steel in there as well. Though I know you can do magic, there is never any harm in carrying one of them around. I've put the candle stubs we found in the side pocket as well."
I won't upgrade my inventory until he actually accepts it. This is also based on what was listed in the gear section of the profile, so if you do have one, well that's going to be awkward lol
She turns to Aranthis, before laughing heartily and beaming at her.
"Glad to see that I'm not the only one passionate about this cause! No shame in speaking with feeling, only because we seem to have cleared this area out for the time being. Let's hope such passion can break through whatever barriers lie between us and those we wish to save."

Scale:1d2 ⇒ 2 so, resistance... *raspberries* Hey Aranthis, wanna trade? I will throw in a shiny whistle! lol
"To grow up in such a place... Judged guilty of nothing but bearing the effects of the world around them too obviously."
Ghorza tightened her fists, looking at the ground. This cord struck close to home.
"To have never seen the sun, the clouds, the sky. Felt the rain on their face, or grass under their feet."
This isn't right.
She nodded to herself and raised her head in conviction.
"Sarenrae guided me back from the brink of death as a child. She reached out to me and stopped a vengeful demon from dragging me into the abyss. She pauses and looks around at the group before fixing her gaze on the fire. "They are innocents. Cast down here no more willingly than you or I. Should we encounter any of them, no matter what reception we receive, I will do my best to save them. To bring them out of the darkness and into the light!' Ghorza stands and unsheathes her scimitar, the blade mirroring the fire. "I swear to my goddess, Sarenrae the Dawnflower, the Everlight, that I will return these lost children to her warm embrace. I will show these people Her compassion and that everyone can find redemption and acceptance among her faithful!'
Ghorza sheathes her weapon, beaming.
"At first I was frustrated at my being here instead of fighting out in the Crusade. I wanted the honor that came from slaying demons, and the feeling that I was removing a little bit of evil from the world. I feel know that this has been Her work. That while guiding us out of this place, she wishes us to reach out to these people and remove the darkness that has bred in their hearts.
"There is no greater honor than saving one who is lost in darkness."
Ghorza is in noticably higher spirits as she slings her pack over her shoulder, now that she has found a divine calling in their situation.
"Let's be off then! Scouting ahead and clearing as before?"

Second attempt:1d3 ⇒ 2
Ghorza smiles victoriously and takes a little while to take off her armor before taking a rope out of her bag and detaching the grappling hook that was hanging on her packs side.
"Think there is anyway these will come in handy?" she asks, waiting for Aranthis to survey the rubble.

"Zogar! Paper, scissors, rock for which of us gets to go and retrieve the pack!" Ghorza says cheerfully. She always did enjoy a bit of competition, and her and Zogar were the strongest looking people there.
Rock, paper, scissors:
My thoughts were that we could just roll 1d3 each (for increased randomness and fun :D).
1 = Rock
2 = Paper
3 = Scissors
That's if it's ok. Though Zogar can always just blow her off and tell her to either get it herself or start climbing without playing, I guess (jerk) lol

"Well, let's go and lead them back. Since it looks as though Anevia can travel about as fast as I can in my armor, I'll escort her as oppose to carrying. This way I can stay prepared for anything, this armor has already lessened my damage from the fall, and I would feel uneasy taking it off in the place regardless.' she turns to Zogar 'If Vash has no argument with it, it would still be fastest to have him carried to the camp rather than lead. I would like to get back soon so as to go and assist Aranthis and Phoenix. Though I could also venture further down the tunnel leading off our temporary base to scout out any threats, since I can see in the dark.
She thinks to herself for a bit.
'I suppose we should just get the rest back first. We can think after that. Eulalia, would you mind staying and making sure nothing is here to surprise us when we return?"
Whatever Eulalia's answer, Ghorza just nods and leaves the campsite.
And she followed after Phoenix and Aranthis back to the first cavern.
Female Half-Orc Paladin 2; HP 21/21; AC 17; CMD 14; Fort +5, Ref +0, Will +5; Init +0
Ghorza looks back down the tunnel they came.
"It looks as though we have cleared out the cavern behind us. We should move the others into here. Vash looks close to passing out so perhaps resting here for a time would be best. Better than leaving them in there with all those bodies."
Craft Crutches:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Not sure if crutches count as a very simple item or a typical item. Heres hoping I get high enough reagardless.
"I can't work this' , she drops the bits of wood on the ground in exasperation, Zogar, Eulalia, Aranthis. You all have some kind of experience in camping or survival or some other outdoors related thing. See if you can figure out how to get these damn sticks to stay together." She looks down at the torn bedroll.
Craft: Repair Bedroll:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11
"You think this is good enough?"
How much of the rope is left? I can't imagine I'd use a whole 10 feet of rope to stitch together a bedroll.
She sighs.
If I had wanted to be in a craft, I would've stayed at the church. she thought, her Orcish heritage making her more frustrated than she probably should've been.
"Better still, Zogar and I can go and carry one person each back here. Be faster than guiding them or having them hobble slowly back.
While we do that, Phoenix and Aranthis can go and look down the other passage that was leading off the main cavern.
Eulalia should accompany Zogar and myself in case we run into anything, and need time to put our quarry down and draw weapons.
Should Nix and Aranthis run into trouble themselves, send Flitwing to come get us' , she said, turning to look at the man and his companion, 'That is assuming it's intelligent and trained enough do such a thing. If not' , she pulls out the signal whistle that was hanging around her neck, 'we can resource to using this, though it may do more harm than good, should it attract more hostile creatures than we can deal with.
"Whatever the case maybe, I still propose we have the others rest here for a while, on beds and blankets instead of rocks. Maybe even start a fire, once it looks safe enough. It will allow those of use who are healthy and good enough to fight to search without having to worry about protecting everyone.
Decide quickly, because I'd like some help taking off my armor should we go with this plan, as I can carry more and move faster, and it would also be easier and more comfortable for all parties involved."

Ok, so I'm a bit confused about the layout.
A map would be nice or at least rough distances to enable me to create my own.
From what I can gather we are currently in a smaller cavern that has an abandoned campsite in it.
The tunnel continues east out of this cavern.
Back in the main cavern, there is a tunnel to the south that leads east as well?
EDIT:
Ok, saw the update on the battle map.
So, to my understanding, the three survivors are still in the original cavern we fell into, the larger one, while the five of us are at the abandoned camp site.

"Weak they may be, they are victims of the the Storm King, as are we. Most in that square were civilians. If anything' , Ghorza look sadly over at the others, 'They were the strongest to have survived the attack and the fall, where so many others perished. In fact, Vash here only just lost his sight to the whip of that demon. Strength comes in many forms, not just big and muscled."
She looked at the torn bedroll over to the wood.
"If you are able, Zogar, we were planning on attempting to craft a crutch and splint out of the wood. Any expertise you could contribute would definitely be appreciated."

"You travel light, you might just be as hardy as you look. Ghorza joked.
I like to keep a range of things one me. Apart from my sword, shield and armor, along with a set of casual clothing made for explorer's, I have rations enough for a single person for 14 days, a full waterskin, bedroll and winter blanket, 50ft of silk rope and a grappling hook, tankard, and a whetstone' , she says holding up each item briefly as she pulled them out of / off her backpack. She smiled and held up a bar of soap. 'Soap, though I believe not near enough should we keep running into vermin and rummaging through debris. Might be best to save it for things like cleaning things that truly need be free of germs and grim. The sack is being used to carry what we found in the rubble' , she placed the soap on her bedroll, then pulling two separate strings out from around her neck, 'A signal whistle, and a silver symbol of my goddess, Sarenrae.' , then reaching into a small pouch on her belt, 'Flint and steel, and a small mirror." she said spinning the small, round mirror around on axis between her index fingers.
She leaned back and waited for the others to continue.

"Well met. Take a set, we were just taking stock of supplies. I am Ghorza Lightseeker, paladin of the Dawnflower. The red-haired woman is Aranthis, duel-wielder, blacksmith, engineer. The cloth wearing man with the bird is Pheonix, that's the man's name, caster, has a crossbow as well. Bird's name is Flitwing, apparently.
The blind old man is Arava...nish...shn... Aravashnia! Ha! Got it. Looks to have some experience in leadership and planning. Haven't been introduced to the rest of them, so you'll be learning as I do.
You missed all the action. We've been having a grand time killing maggots and roaches!
Regardless, throw your things into the pot and well see what we have, and decide how long to make it last.
And perhaps we might grab your name and skills while we're at it. And speaking of names' , Ghorza turns to Aravashnia, 'you mind if I call you Vash? I know there are those that pride their names too much to respond to nicknames, but you have to admit your name is a bit of a mouthful. No offense intended."
Ghorza says with a smiling, sticking her hands up in a submissive manner.

Bahaha
You and I are the same height!
Seeing as we both have strong characters (personality wise and strength wise) we're either going to get along or have a struggle for dominance, stubbornness thing happen XD
The fact that you weigh more than me works really well with the fact that you are stronger than I am (since muscle weighs more than fat).

"Anyone know what this symbol represents?"
Said Ghorza, bending down and picking up the copper brooch, wiping some of the muck of it with her hands.
"Uhh' she paused awkwardly, remembering that there was a newly blinded man present 'It's a bat perched on a mushroom. The eyes are tiny gems, purple, amethyst most likely. It's too specific an image to just be decorative."
She looks around at the other items.
"If anyone here knows their way around a sewing needle, we could probably use the thinner parts of the rope with the fish hook to repair the bedroll. Or maybe someone knows how to work the rope to strengthen it?"
She takes a sack out of her backpack.
"Regardless, I don't think it's a good idea for someone to actually wear the brooch until we know what it is. Bad things can come from bearing the mark of something you don't understand. We can use this sack to carry the other things, separate personal belongings from the things we find down here, and I don't know about everyone else, but I don't have much room left anyway. If anyone has a lantern, they can take the candles, or split them accordingly, although I hear some spells take wax to work, so any casters that require them for reagents should speak up."
She gathers the items that will fit into the sack, along with carrying some of the wood under her arm towards a clear area.
"Come and sit friends, I think now would be a good time to take stock of exactly what our supplies are, and begin rationing. I don't like that it is I who first brings up this matter, but we have no idea how long it will be before we see sunlight again, or sources of food and fresh water. Better to eat and drink meagerly for a few days and find our way out with plenty to spare than do things as we would normally, and starve or dehydrate. Besides, there are people among us who have no supplies at all. We can't just let them perish."
She places the wood down in a pile and places the sack beside it, sitting down at the edge of the 'circle'.
"If you agree this is a good idea, then I'd be willing to show my inventory first, as a sign of good faith. Otherwise' she looks around at them all 'we'll just be playing it by ear."

"I am a paladin, as I said before. By some misfortune, or stroke of luck depending on the situation, I also speak Abyssal. Weaknesses? Well, as you might have noticed earlier, I'm as subtle as I am large, zero grace of which to speak, except perhaps that with a sword."
Ghorza headed over a few feet way from Aranthis and began to shift through the rubble as well.

Ghorza taps Nix and Aranthis on the shoulders (since she still doesn't know their names) and indicates that she would like to speak to them so that the others don't hear.
"This is bad. We have one who cannot see, another who can barely walk. It's dark, and we have limited food and water. I have a few actions we could take, but am open to new ideas.
The first would be to craft a makeshift stretcher of some kind. I have a blanket we can use, but need something for the edges.
The next would be to reassign our loads so that everyone, besides the woman with the broken leg, is carrying something. I am fairly confident that I'd be able to carry the crippled woman myself, but someone would need to carry my armor for me, and perhaps some of my gear.
I have a rope we can use to bind ourselves together, the blind man should go in the middle, so as to have support from either end.
Should we be able to craft the stretcher, I'll scout ahead, reason being is that I can see in the dark so can move about unhindered without giving away where I am. I ask another come with me in this case, as back up and to act as a relay to the main group.
A hooded lantern would make an excellent signalling device, but I have a signal whistle on me if there is nothing else.
The best way to play this, as I see, is to make a temporary base, scout out an area, clear it, move the base there and then continue as such until we find a way out or a way to heal the injured.
It will be slow, but safe. We may run into the risk of running out of food or water however, so each step will need to flow into the next if we stand a chance of survival."
Ghorza smiles and runs her fingers through her hair.
I really am more of a point me at it, and I'll charge in and hit it until it's dead person though. Planning and stealth aren't my strongest points, so if anyone has anything to add, feel free."

"I know how to heal the old fashion way, but haven't gotten up to learning magic in my training yet." Ghorza said to the cloth wearer.
She then nodded to the woman who had been thrown up on earlier.
"You tend to the screamer, I'll see to her. She doesn't look so well, and I have somethings that she can use to clean up. You check for injuries, I'll check for disease, she said as she walked over to pick up her bag,and perhaps the fighter should retrieve the silver. Although she added looking over her shoulder and across the cave perhaps those who did none of the fighting should have the honor of collecting the spoils"
She made her way over to the Archer, beckoning her to come and sit on some makeshift rockchairs.
"And I know I missed the introductions, but perhaps after I could get your names. Better than giving you all nicknames. she gave a light-hearted smirk, as she took out some soap and a waterskin from her backpack.
"Wipe off what you can, endure what you can. We don't know how long it will be before we find drinkable water, but can't have you smelling like those things the whole time. After you're clean, I'll see if you actually did catch something or not.
