Greetings!

More often then not, it takes longer than 20-30 seconds to connect to your page. When it does, the main page will sometimes have missing images, the font will change, etc..I copied an error I get pretty frequently:

Greetings and Salutations!

This is my first time ordering from your website. In regards to the order number above, it was shipped out on the 26th of October. A few days after that order I ordered my Pathfinder Companion subscription. Somehow or other, I've received my subscription order before the Pathfinder RPG Manual order. Is is unusual for that book to take this long via stardard mail shipping? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
