Garn wakes up groggily, and scurries to his feet. Not feeling quite in shape to leap into combat, he gestures for Snowball to leap in.

Thanks! But with 8hp, think he better hang back. Anyway, looks like Grog is doing fine. :)

Ouch! Crit with greataxe...

Garn sees the the giant axe flying towards him but fails to duck in time. The heavy blow slices through important veins and he falls unconscious from the massive loss of blood.

Garn continues to resist the debilitating effects of the water pollution, more angered by the desecration done to the natural waters. His fortitude, however, does not help him against the terrible axe strike on him.

Deciding to ignore that monstrosity behind him for now, Garn tears into the priest with teeth, taloons, and claws. He then steps aside, both to prevent further flanking, and provide space for Snowball.

Garn, reeling from the multiple wounds, roars in anger. He steps around the (green) man, flanking him with his loyal Snowball. He leaps up, clawing and biting at the man.

Garn snarls when he sees Grimshaw falls, but he knows there is not much he can do about the poor creature while in this form. In the form of the dinosaur, Garn's senses of the world around him also changes. His vision is more acute, and his eyes are quickly drawn to movement. His scent magnifies tremendously, as he catches the whiff of the faintest smell.

Gesturing to Snowball to come up beside him, he snarls and hops back and forth strangely, before laying his snout on his cat companion.

He then moves up to the front, with Snowball closely behind him.

Garn looks in alarm as Evarice collapses, torn over whether to revert to human form and try to save her or to remove the menace as quickly as possible. Figuring he is more suited for the latter for now, he follows Snowball and leaps forward, tearing into Dalsine with tooth and claw.

If Snowball somehow manages to trip Dalsine with that 15, the below attacks would get a +4 as he is prone. Also, similarly, if Dalsine is blind, the following attacks would be against his flat footed AC with -2 AC penalty.

Actually, there are quite a number of people who can still act. The order is:
Round 1: ..., (Dalsine), Liminy, Ragnar, Gorok
Round 2: Evarice, Garn, Hadanka, (Dalsine), Liminy, Ragnar, Gorok
Round 3: Evarice, ...
Dalsine took down Evarice in round 1. Evarice failed her first stabilisation check in round 2, bringing her to -9 hp. Only if she fails again in round 3 would she go down to -10 and die. Since Liminy has taken his action for round 1, there is still Ragnar, Gorok, Garn, Hadanka, (Dalsine), Liminy, Ragnar and Gorok's turns before it reaches Evarice's round 3.

Sorry, Garn is in animal form and will take a standard action just to change back. By then it would be too late.

We did pick up a potion of cure moderate wounds. Could someone feed Evarice the potion? We didn't make it clear who carried it though, but it definitely wouldn't have been the dinosaur. Either Liminy or Hadanka could do it.

When a creature detects a scent, ... [it] can take a move action to note the direction of the scent. When the creature is within 5 feet of the source, it pinpoints the source’s location.

Garn raises his snout and sniffs the air, alarmed that there is some hidden creature, waiting to ambush his party. Choosing to leave the enemy at the top of the stairs to the rest of the party, Garn dashes in the direction of the scent, roaring at the top of his voice when he reaches the source of the scent.

Move action to determine direction, another move action to move towards the scent until he is within 5 feet. Garn currently has 70ft movement which should be more then enough to reach. I did not move his token because I do not know exactly where. Would trouble the GM to do so.

Gesturing to the location of the hidden creature, Garn commands Snowball to attack.

As soon as Garn hears the combat in the adjoining room, he starts growling and snarling, while waving his short foreclaws in the air. In succession, he lays a spell on Snowball, then on himself, then on Hadanka. Their skins thicken to bark-like hardness. Gesturing to Snowball, he then quickly move into the room, standing in front of Evarice, scanning the area with his sharp eyes and sniffing the air for anything hidden.

Cast barkskin on himself, Snowball and Hadanka. Hadanka, you get a +2 to natural AC for 50m.

Garn has scent, i.e. he can detect presence of opponents within 30 feet. If he does, he will take a move action to note the direction of the opponent. In addition, he would do the usual perception.

Garn is going to stay in dinosaur form as it last for a few hours. So no more conversation from him. Not that was much from this strong silent type in the first place... :)

With the combat over, Garn gingerly picks up one of the wands that he drop earlier with his mouth, brings it over to Liminy and drops it into his hand, then starts gesticulating with his snout towards himself and Snowball.
Liminy, with your spellcraft, a simple spellcraft will reveal it's a wand of mage armor. Basically, Garn is asking you to activate it on himself and Snowball.

That done, Garn does the same with the other wand he dropped earlier, this time bringing it to Evarice. However, for this, he simplies points his snout at Evarice belt, indicating to her to keep it for now.
In case Garn or Snowball gets injured, please use his own wand. Thanks.

Hadanka, sorry I forgot to drop my scroll of lesser restoration, and now I can't access it.

Garn then paces over to Snowball, and with some snarling and waving of his front claws, enchants the natural attacks of his faithful companion.

Garn, in his dinosaur form, similarly takes a short hop next to the creature, his two rear talons clacking ominously on the marble floor when he lands.
