gm 3

Yes

gm 3

Sorry I kind of have lost passion for this game?

gm 3

OK I think did a few roleplaying endcourters so not sure how the rules for not completing this works exactly... can someone remind me where that rule is?

gm 3

Goals are to find the taxes for ravenmore anad find out why the tax collector disappered and something is not as it seems. The party is currently at the feast and it is not night yet. I am about halfway through the pages in the module but there is more combat in the second half.
At this time the mother of the first speaker looks quite happy espically around the pcs.

gm 3

Yes I am really enjoying the banter at some points.

gm 3

I am not sure at this point...

gm 3

I have still been checking this everyday.

gm 3

The rest of the npcs eat all of the food while scowling at the PCs for being disrespectful and not eating during the feast.

gm 3

Yeah what pregen though?

gm 3

The rest of the village starts eating the food. You hear a disturbing amount of good sounds when people eat the stirge blood sausage.

gm 3

Remy does not know what spell was cast if any.

gm 3

Two villagers come up to the qlippoths body and try to burn the foul being unsucessfully it resisting the flames as villagers still look disgusted at the vile corpse.

gm 3

Hskoro lets antoehr blow into the pig not seeming to do as much damage as it should. The card knocks the pig qlippoth dead.

gm 3

The pig is dazed so it cannot act this round.

Party to act.

gm 3

1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4 The qlippoth seems to be affected by the scream and hurt by it.

gm 3

Both axe strikes hit with both attacks not doing their full amount of damage.

gm 3

Hskoro hits the fungus monster but his axe seems to barely do much damage.

map

The big takes another big bite at hskoro.

1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 131d8 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15 Which misses hskoro.

party to act

gm 3

ReMY hits the creature with a dart but it casues a puff off its hide for no apparant damage.

The qlippoth takes a harder bite at HSkoro. 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24 1d8 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10 This fierce bite hits and deals 10 damage to Hskoro and exposing him to spores.
Hskoro
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15 but hskoro seems otherwise unaffected.

entire party to act before the qlippoth.

gm 3

Hskoro hits the qlippoth but it seems resistant to normal steel but still seems to barely hurt it.

gm 3

[spoiler=tanthil]

1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
The qlippot does not seem affected e by the evil eye.

It has damage reduction that can be overcome by lawful weapons or by cold iron weapons.

gm 3

Hskoro grabs the pig succesfully and it begins coughing and choking as what looks like a fungal venus fly trap comes off it and as itgal ro flesh quickly ends up fungal rot as all the asembled villagers let out a loud gasp.

Hskoro
1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21 as this tries to bite hskoro.
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
Which misses and hskoro does not sucumb to the nasty appearance.

Villager
1d20 - 1 ⇒ (17) - 1 = 16
The villager though shocked by the transformation is not physically sickened.

Hskoro
1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 16

Remy tanathil and hskoro to act than the monster that is not really a pig.

tanthil:
1d20 + 12 ⇒ (6) + 12 = 18 one question from knowledge skill it is a an unusally large cythingot qlippoth[/dice]

gm 3

Well the last one I am about to start is important.

gm 3

Clawfoot goes back at gizzle 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23 and hits.
Gizzles strikes back 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3 and peck and misses hitting its beack against the ground.

gm 3

Gizzle sees the evil eye 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
Clawfoot attacks gizzle 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
1d3 - 4 ⇒ (2) - 4 = -2
and pecks on gizzle giving a bad mood.
then gizzle attack back 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11 and misses clawfoot.

gm 3

The first fight starts with Clawfoot vs Grizzle as Marco comes forward with his own raven. With the words "MAy the best bird win" exclaimed by the mayor at the start of the fight.

Initiative Clawfoot

clawfoot1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21
gizzle1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18

use raven familar statistics.

gm 3

Marco who is standing behind Thror says "you start after you pick a raven. "

gm 3

A few villagers nod upon hearing hskoro.

gm 3

Tanathil misses the target, remy hits and has it stick in the target for all three. Hskoro wildly misses the distant target with the starknife.

The villagers

villager 1
1d20 - 10 ⇒ (10) - 10 = 0

villager 2
1d20 - 10 ⇒ (6) - 10 = -4
villager 3
1d20 - 10 ⇒ (15) - 10 = 5
villager 4.

1d20 - 10 ⇒ (20) - 10 = 10

The first three villagers miss the target and the fourth has it bounce off.

The villager seems impressed by remy hitting all three times.

gm 3

Remy has the starknife stick in the hay bale.

The same people move the haybales back another 40 feet for one last round.

-8 on attacks to the bales due to range.

gm 3

The last villager takes a throw at the farther target

1d20 - 6 ⇒ (15) - 6 = 9 Which barely misses the target.

gm 3

Thror and tanithil both have the starknives stick in the target while hskoro misses.

gm 3

Remy hits the target and the starknife sticks in.

The last villager throws a starknife at the first target.

1d20 - 2 ⇒ (4) - 2 = 2 and misses the target wildly.

After this runners from the village move the targets 40 feet fartehr back. -4 range penalty on theese attacks unless you havde something to increase range increments.

gm 3

Thror misses the target.

Another villager throws a starknife and misses the target more than thror.

1d20 - 2 ⇒ (3) - 2 = 1

gm 3

Both Hskoro and Tanithil both have the starknife stick in the hay bale.

Now two of the villagers take turns.

Villager 1
1d20 - 2 ⇒ (6) - 2 = 4
Which misses the hay bale wildly

Villager 2
1d20 - 2 ⇒ (12) - 2 = 10

Whcih bounces off the hay bale towards the ground.

gm 3

The rest of the village takes turn jumping the fire with the corwd cheering when someone get touched by the flames.

gm 3

Hsokor falls into the fire and takes 1d6 ⇒ 3 points of fire damage.

gm 3

Thror is barely damaged by the top of the flames taking one point of fire damage and the crowd cheers.

gm 3

Ok I will pick up the pace

The crowd continues in its stubborn chant until all have jumped seeming as if there is no choice.

gm 3

I will try I will need to know what this is. The versions Thanks for the feedback.

Thror:
The villages seem suspiciously stubborn if you do not jump.

A chant from the crowd of "jump, jump, jump emerges. " as if they will not back down.

gm 3

yes it is an acrobatics check and you get a running start.

gm 3

As the party sits down. More villagers begin to filter in. An elder comes and says may all here particapte in this festival the first festival is dreamers leap a purification ritual. Children and elders begin running and jumping over the fire.

gm 3

The party finds a table between the fire and the racetrack.

gm 3

Remy you do not see anyone with card games but you do see the start of a bonfire and what looks like grounds for the race.

Anyone want to do anything before the festival?

gm 3

When the party reaches the festival grounds with a short walk. A large field has been fenced off, creating an area where tents benches and tables have been set out for today's celebration.

gm 3

Remy you see a rug with a purple butterfly motif that could be of some value.

gm 3

oops it was elias kyle.

gm 3

The Clapboard saltbox style house is the largest home in town built on a barren hill, the building has a two story facade that slopes down to a single-story rear with the large protruding chimney of a centrally placed hearth. The house seems inviinting and much better maintianed than ravenmore's other buildings.

gm 3

Marco says "Everyone I know worships the dream tender."

gm 3

The man takes the silver from anyone that gives him one and ushers them onto the ferry and takes anyone that does not object across to the other side.

gm 3
