Fugg will continue to make improvements to camp, and set traps. Fugg feels at home in the wilderness so getting "home" is not a major concern to him. He will assist in anything he can. He will definitely make sure that everyone is drinking plenty of water.

I'm pretty laid back go with what we got, add a new player, it's all good by me.

I'm okay with either option. I personally don't have a problem with a GMPC and I usually use one whenever I run(assuming a smaller party and the PCs are okay with it, i just make sure he doesn't do anything anyone else does, or that if he does he doesn't do it as well as they do.)

You be careful. I no waste my healing on you. I get lizards to camp. Lydran Aldon you get Hern. I start cleaning meat to cook Fugg lifts the two dead lizards up onto Bashhorn and holds them steady as they head back to camp.

Back at camp Fugg will begin to clean the lizards and get them ready to roast on spits.
Survival:1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26

Seeing Hern down Fugg walks over and lays a hand on the bite marks. A soft blue glow arises as the wounds begin to stitch together.
Cure Light Wounds:1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
no can help the poison
Fugg will then cast purify food and drink on the two dead lizards to clear them of thier poisons.

Is it too late to switch light for detect poison? I realized looking at my character that a half-Orc with 60' darkvision would have no need for light. If not then note I will be making that change tomorrow.

Lizard you're my breakfast, I not yours Fugg cries as he swings his axe blade in retort to the bite he just took. He calls for Bashorn's aid and the rhino comes charging in. Then Fugg takes a step back to safety.

Waking up by some noise in the brush Fugg grabs his axe to investigate. Happily he sees that his traps are doing their job.

ooc actions:

stand up and grab axe move to e6
Identify is lizard is edible.

Knowledge(Nature):1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
or, maybe
Survival:1d20 + 10 ⇒ (12) + 10 = 22
not sure which.

As a side note I had forgotten to add in the +2 I get to these skills for Nature Sense before this, sigh character updated now.

Me set traps, want meat for breakfast
Fugg heads into the edge of the forest with Bashhorn to set a few traps within the first thirty feet or so of the jungle, at least 200 yards away from camp.

Survival:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21

Confident that his traps are set properly Fugg will return to the camp, and relax until the morning when he will check traps.

Throughout the evening Fugg will create water and make sure everyone has plenty of it to drink.

I'm trying to make him come off as single minded, one thing at a time tunnel vision. I hope it's not too annoying. ;)

fugg thinks smart people should not speak when they can't get along. Only dumb people know words useless, you have problems say with fists, if problems are big speak with blades. Fugg says to no one inpaticular as he picks up scattered equipment.Fugg worry bout gettin off ship. You continue speak and stay here, less Fugg must hunt.

Should have read this first. I went from a 20 to hit to a natural 1. because when I added the initiative roll in the boards took it from my to hit roll and rolled new for to hit. It would be much less disappointing to just miss, then to hit and then have it taken away from you.

I Fugg. I was raised by nature, and as her son she gave me power. This is Bashhorn. Wilderness is our home. I can get food for all. I can use the wild against our enemies. Fugg blushes, not a particularly good look on his grey green skin, as he realizes so many people are watching him. He then walks over to Bashhorn and makes himself busy taking care of him.

It seems very cool, only problem is I can't interact with it from my iPhone which is what I play on so you might have to manually move me and bash.

boy you can tell I don't play casters often. I have create water as a 0-level spell, and it's even prepared, not to mention purify food and water.

Seeing his makeshift distillery not working to well Fugg gives up on the whole thing and instead chants in a ancient primal language waving his hands over the water as it bubbles intensly for a few moments then cools to ambient tempeture.

This water safe to drink. We should drink much before we go.

We should hunt first. No trust ship food. While food cook we go to ship, others stay and cook. We eat when we return. Even before that we must find water.

I'm assuming the sea is saltwater? If that's the case is there anything I can boil water in? If so I'll set up a small distillery over the fire with water boiling and a piece of leather tied above to catch the steam and allow condensation. Won't be enough for all these people but will keep us going at least long enough to find fresh water, if there's cannibals here then there is fresh water.

I'm assuming Fugg knows more about wilderness survival than I do, but if you want me to roll for the distillery design then I will.

Fugg remembers nothing after food

Taking a look around to determine where they are, Fugg heads over to Bashhorn and pats him down scraping his sides with the points of his axe to clear away any caked on mud so he can make sure the rhino is uninjured.

I no be sure where we be Fugg says feeling awkward speaking so much at one time. The words stringing together to form a nearly coherent sentence, as Bashhorn emits a low pitched and intimidating rumble that Fugg recognizes as Bash's version of a purr.

Sorry guys still trying to find Fugg's voice, bear with me until I dial it in.

Finding his axe in the pile Fugg turns and brings it to bear on the sea scorpion closest to him.

Fugg orders Bashhorn to attack Eu3
Bashhorn gore:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19
Bashhorn gore damage:1d8 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Bashhorn skewers the lobster creature with his horn.

Fugg attacks Eu4

Still dazed by the exposure and poison Fugg is unable to cause any damage to the sea scorpion

actually it does get the bonus, now that i've actually read the feat it states you do apply the 3/-1 to natural attacks that apply 1.5x str.

Power Attack (Combat)
You can make exceptionally deadly melee attacks by sacrificing accuracy for strength.

Prerequisites: Str 13, base attack bonus +1.

Benefit: You can choose to take a –1 penalty on all melee attack rolls and combat maneuver checks to gain a +2 bonus on all melee damage rolls. This bonus to damage is increased by half (+50%) if you are making an attack with a two-handed weapon, a one handed weapon using two hands, or a primary natural weapon that adds 1-1/2 times your Strength modifier on damage rolls. This bonus to damage is halved (–50%) if you are making an attack with an off-hand weapon or secondary natural weapon. When your base attack bonus reaches +4, and every 4 points thereafter, the penalty increases by –1 and the bonus to damage increases by +2. You must choose to use this feat before making an attack roll, and its effects last until your next turn. The bonus damage does not apply to touch attacks or effects that do not deal hit point damage.

aded bashhorn to my profile, haven't picked his feat yet, I was wondering if I gave him power attack since his gore attack does 1.5 x strength does that mean he would get 3 damage per -1 like weilding a two handed weapon or just the 2 per -1?

also added trait boarded in the Mwangi Exspanse

Fugg shakes his head as he tries to clear the fog from his mind. He notices the sea creatures attacking the people from the ship.

He looks to Bashhorn and seeing that the beast is okay he turns his attention to the little creatures.

Sea scorpions? what a great way to wake up. Fugg stands and steps towards the pile of gear and attempts to find his axe. Meanwhile he gives the command for Bashhorn to attack.

Fugg stands, 5-foot steps to e10, and commands Bashhorn to attack Eu2. Bashhorn charges to d12.

Bashhorn Charge:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
Bashhorn Gore Attack:1d8 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10

"I know Bash, I know I don't like it down here neither. Soon we'll be out and roaming free. " Fugg scratches Bashhorn around the horn with the edge of his greataxe, a ritual he uses whenever Bashhorn gets upset. The rhino reacts almost immediately and soon Fugg has a gentle sleeping giant laying next to him.

Fugg looks somewhat regretably at the ocean before turning to the sailor "Yar, this ship is no place for an animal like Bashhorn, and that little pen doesn't make matters better."

Fugg hops down off the rail and follows the sailor below.

Fugg yawns and stretches from his spot on the rail. Having finally conquered his sea sickness and calm the ever excitable Bashhorn he is enjoying his time on ship finally. He had already tried to speak with several other passengers, but his slow wit and orc blood made him awkward in speaking. For now he would continue to enjoy the open air for soon he would have to go below to check on Bashhorn again.

I read the players guide like 6 months ago when I tried to get into a PBP but didn't make the cut so I'm completely blind going in.

I'm all ready as far as crunch goes, gotta wait to get home before I can do the full background, but the gist of it will be that Fugg was a dumb half-Orc in an Orc tribe and they left him in the wilderness where Fugg gained the respect of the wild and was granted his Druidic powers. Now he fights any whom he believes defiled the wilderness.

Bashhorn my rhino is not on the map.

Okay thanks. I have enough to start still have to pick my feat and spend cash, may have better armor than I have calculated(leather), haven't picked a weapon yet I'm leaning towards a club.


I'm PST but I work graves so I might as well be 12 hours off from that.

I'm at work so don't have access to the players guide on my phone but give me about two hours and I'll be ready except for 1 trait.
