Frosc’s family tree was the unfortunate subject of Zarongel trying to gain more favor with Lamashtu by twisting the bloodlines of a human and goblin together. It’s not clear if this experiment worked to gain any favor, but the result has been a bit comedic if not also tragic.
Human is the dominate trait among Frosc’s family line, but the personality is much more goblin than human. His family has been plentiful, but short lived. It’s not really clear if the goblin genes have shortened the lifespan or if it is the reckless behavior that has shortened the lifespan. Many of Frosc’s family have not made it passed their 23rd year of life, always of a tragic accident. Or a comedic accident if you ask his family members, but that’s all just a matter of perspective.
Frosc is no different than his family tree. He’s not particularly violent, just very rambunctious and has zero forethought. He’s twitchy and hyperactive, prone to biting things (animate or not), and finds great joy in breaking pretty much anything he can. He does carry a large club around most of the time, but when he gets extra excitable he often drops it in favor of biting things. A great many people have tried to explain to him that a giant club serves much better purpose than his teeth for fending off attackers or breaking things, but as one would imagine logic and reason are lost on him.
Many groups have found him among their numbers. While he’s often a nuisance for his personality, it’s never more than a nuisance. Many groups often exploit his personality to serve as a trapseeker, only because he’s easily tricked into running into a room ahead of everyone else. His long-term memory just doesn’t exist, so it’s done over and over again and he always falls for the same tricks. He’s also proven quite useful in a fight. In our terms, you might think of it like proverbially whipping the Tasmanian Devil into a frenzy, then pointing him in the direction you want him to go. He’s very good at creating confusion and wrecking things whether it be furniture, barriers, or enemies lines. Frosc’s life is guaranteed to be short, but you can bet it will probably be hilarious when he goes.
