Male Elf Cavalier (Emissary) 1
![]() As the ghostly creature begins to madden, Fel readies himself, only to have a brief look of confusion as suddenly the situation resolves itself. "An allip? Did it...gain peace? What happened? I am glad the situation resolved itself if the spirit was as strong as you all say." ![]()
Male Elf Cavalier (Emissary) 1
![]() Yes I will take the last one. I would prefer to be as front facing as possible personally. I am a two-handed weapon weilder. Drawing the curved blade from his side, Fel readies himself. "I agree with Grax, we should be ready for what may be ahead, it could be another haunting." ![]()
Male Elf Cavalier (Emissary) 1
![]() Pulling out his own wand, "Would anyone here be able to use this real quickly on me? I would be most grateful." Assuming someone does...
Thanking the individual for healing, he will place the wand in his pack, and sling it back over his shoulder, and ready himself. Moving further into the ruins, he covers his nose with a hand, grimacing. "I would feel more sympathy for these devils if they were not also thieves." he says as they find the bodies of the thieves. Raising an eyebrow at Cerins' suggestion, "It is an intriguing idea. I am not opposed to it, but it is possible others could be. Perhaps make these thieves be useful to the Society for a short period of time. ![]()

![]() I would say we use them now. I dont know how many haunts we will be facing though and we only have two. We cant exactly escape this one though cause the door is blocked. I will try my siphon first. The elf takes the siphon out to use on the spectral images, "J, I do not think it wise risking all of our lives. I believe you have seen in this what you needed." I do not have Haunt siphon rules handy... ![]()

![]() Felaeran lets the others deal with the letter as he keeps an eye out. Visibly relaxing as the creature decides that it is no longer threatened, he resumes his sentinel. As the group readies to leave he follows suit, and looks out on the Drownyard, and the flowering bushes. He remains silent for J as he peers out on the area around them, taking in the ruined structures. Opening the shed with Cerin, he will nod to him, "I normally fight with speed in mind, I might be able to use them as well unless someone else is faster." Looking to J, he will nod, "We are simply here to see to your safety, in whatever capacity that may be. We will not impede you unless, of course, your action could bring death or injury." I smell haunts in our future! I am glad paizo gives everyone at least a modicum of divination ability :P ![]()
Male Elf Cavalier (Emissary) 1
![]() The elf raises his hands in the most disarming gesture that he can, "We come with no harm in mind. We are here with the Lady J, she used to go to school here. Lady J, do you know of this Master Gardener?" Looking between the creature and the rest Lady J, Felaeran makes sure he can quickly place himself between the two incase of trouble. ![]() Looking around the room at the vegetation, Fel raises an eyebrow, "Odd plants. I would not have expected things to gain magical properties such as this. Your research is intriguing Pip." Helping the group harvest some of the fruits and nuts, he responds to Pips suggestions, "I think perhaps it would be best if we were introduced. If nothing else, it is polite." ![]()
Male Elf Cavalier (Emissary) 1
![]() I agree Amun, the problem is that with Season 7 and 8 I have noticed a trend for paizo pfs scenarios to add in seriously over simplified "philosphical" encounters that basically force you to break character or else you cannot continue with the plot. I have not been a fan of them at all because it can really jerk you out of character, especially in times like this where this creature is really pretty innocent, but he wants blood for research. Your choices are to A. Be a dick, or B. Break character not knowing (but knowing full well it wont) if it will matter in the future. Portents Peril has a REALLY obnoxious one that ruined the scenario for our whole table after having a lot of fun. "I believe my friend, the worry is if some uncouth arcane inclined individual finds this blood, and decides to have fun." Fel says. ![]()
Male Elf Cavalier (Emissary) 1
![]() "Well we do now know the way further. I do not wish to harm this poor creature, but I also do not wish to give it my blood. Pip, why do you think blood will be a good source of nutrients? Plants need soil and water. Perhaps holy water could enrich the plants even more than blood or even normal water? What do you think of that compromise?" the elven man asks the creature, trying to not follow the puppets second option. Diplomacy: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24 ![]()

![]() Putting his guard down as the creature introduces himself, he raises an eyebrow at Papy, "I do hope you are right." As the creature asks for his favor of the group, the elf furrows his brow, and tightens his grip on his blade, "I will not be giving any blood Master Pip. Wizards and Clerics can do a great deal of harm with such a substance. While I do not want to assume towards your research, we have only just met. I do not want to relinquish such a powerful component." Diplomacy: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18 ![]()

![]() "I am always glad for knowledgeable companions. I cannot say I would enjoyed being surprised by carnivorous plants." the elven man says, nodding to Amun and drawing his blade from his back, having it readied. "Let us be careful. Is there is a reason for going left Javon besides the usual success? Your guess is as good as mine, I was just wondering if you knew anything about that direction." ![]()
Male Elf Cavalier (Emissary) 1
![]() Nodding to Grax after the story had concluded, "You have my condolences for your friends. What happened was a horrible experience. My companion does speak the truth though. You wander without direction now a days, but you could find meaning in your life with the Pathfinder Society." Turning, he will continue on, speaking with J, and Grax on the Pathfinder societies Merits. Diplomacy: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13

Male Elf Cavalier (Emissary) 1
![]() I am actually going to try to grapple/reposition J. Moving up to J, the elven man, grabs her, and tries to move her behind him, "Release the Lady! We do not want to harm or kill any of you, but will if we must!" Grapple: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3 Boy howdy our party is whipping out the good dice it seems ![]()
Male Elf Cavalier (Emissary) 1
![]() Holding up both hands, but making sure he is between J and the Qadirans, he says "She has no business with you, there is no reason to make business with her. Please continue on your way. There is no profit in fighting." Diplomacy (+1 to settle a dispute): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14 ![]()

![]() "I would agree with the others. The market may have some pinch pockets, but I am sure it is still safer than the foreign quarter." Felaeran says, nodding to the others. "We can also pick up supplies on the way if necessary. Two birds with one stone as it were." The elf says, grinning, and winking at Javon. ![]()
Male Elf Cavalier (Emissary) 1
![]() "Greetings Lady J." Felaeran says, giving a short bow, and then looking to the others. "If there is nothing else, perhaps we should be getting on our way? While I do not believe time is entirely pressing in this matter, it appears the Lady Dacilane would like this matter wrapped up quickly." Gathering the reigns of the horse, he waits to depart with the others, adjusting his cloak. ![]()
Male Elf Cavalier (Emissary) 1
![]() Felaeran is sure to stand straight, and to make sure his equipment is in order as the group meets with the lady of the manor. Listening intently to her request, he is sure to make a short bow, and speaks with confidence, "My Lady, we will strive to make sure no harm befalls the young Lady." Looking around the room, he continues, "Do you have any suspicion as to why she is so keen on returning to the place of her tragedy?" Diplomacy: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15 ![]()

![]() A tall elf stands among the group, a well maintained but old travelers cloak over shined scale mail, and a light blue tunic. On his back a large elven curved blade and longbow sit in scabbards and slings. Next to him, a lightly armored horse paws at the ground, looking for vegetation to keep its attention and hunger. "It sounds like an important and solemn task. I am sure this poor young woman would like some closure to that horrific experience. I am more than happy to lend my aid to this." Looking to the others, he says "Greetings agents. It is good to be working with you. I am Felaeran Irithyl, you may call me Irithyl. I am a knight of the Blue Rose, as such I would like to humbly request that any intelligent foes we come across, we allow the choice of surrender. I am happy to stand in front for this cause, as it is a burden that I place upon your shoulders." |
