The reason INA doesn't work on Unarmed Strikes is because it says so.

True. However, Feral combat training allows you to use it as part of flurry but not as an extra attack

Does the defensive parry for the swordlords stack? I know the PrC swordlord stacks with the fighter archetype, but does the fighter's DP separate from the PrC?

To clarify:
(F) Swordlord, lvl 7 would have a +2 to AC.
If she picks up the PrC version of swordlord, at lvl 3 she would have a +1 for DP.
But that DP stacks with fighter levels, so she's considered a level 10, so a +2 AC instead.

so in total it's a +4 to AC.

Is this logic correct?
