Are there rules for how strong the air for an air elemental's whirlwind special ability is? This came up during a fight with a conjuration wizard and he had fog cloud, stinking cloud, and cloud kill out at the same time. Would the air elemental be able to disperse the previously mentioned effects?

Question, what type of damage is the hair attack? I know its supernatural, and its 1d4 + int, but is it piercing or bludgeoning?
