I'd go with turning the 4e eladrin into either an elf or an aasimar of elven descent (flavor more than any mechanical difference).
As others mentioned, Eladrin were the celestial exemplars of Chaotic Good from Arborea in 2e and 3.x, and for whatever reason they and their alignment vanished in 4e and their name got recycled for what were pretty much high elves of prior editions. Confusing as all get out to me.
Actually Eladrin exist in Pathfinder except theyr name was changed to Azata.
4th edition Eladrin probably could be represented by PF Elf with Fey Step available as a racial feat.
Fey Step
Prerequisites: Eladrin elf, character level 5th.
Benefits: Teleport once per day as a move action on a distance equal to current land speed. This is a supernatural teleportation ability that requires line of effect to the destination.
Fey Step, Improved
Thanks for your help.
Prerequisite: Fey Step, character level 9th.
Benefits: Fey step can be used twice per day and requires swift action to activate.
Fey Step, Greater
Prerequisites: Improved Fey Step, character level 13th.
Benefits: Fey step can be used three times per day and requires a free action to activate.
Now I started thinking about whole tree of feats based upon Fey Step... Well, maybe later.
