Special Abilities
-------------------- Constructed (Ex): For the purposes of effects targeting creatures by type (such as bane weapons and a ranger’s favored enemy ability), androids count as both humanoids and constructs. Androids gain a +4 racial bonus on all saving throws against mind-affecting effects, paralysis, poison, and stun effects; are not subject to fatigue or exhaustion; and are immune to disease and sleep effects. Androids can never gain morale bonuses, and are immune to fear effects and all emotion-based effects.(Modified by Empathy feat. Nanite Surge (Ex): An android’s body is infused with nanites. Once per day as an immediate action, an android can cause his nanites to surge, granting him a bonus equal to 3 + the android’s character level on any one d20 roll; this ability must be activated before the roll is made. When an android uses this power, his circuitry-tattoos glow with light equivalent to that of a torch for 1 round.

Physical Description: To the untrained eye, Nariya appears to be an attractive female human with fair skin and violet hair. Upon closer look, however, her true nature can be seen. Her eyes are a vibrant violet in color that possess a soft metallic sheen to them in the right light. When she uses her nanite surge ability, intricate violet lines glow along her neck and face.[/b]
Background:
Nariya Tetrax was created by the Mekalus on their factory-ship Inevitable. She is a fourth-generation model Android, or Synthetic as they are sometimes called, and as such was created to fulfill the Fleet’s need for multipurpose combat troops. Like others of her generation, she received rudimentary training in combat and engineering protocols.
During one training phase she demonstrated a keen intellect and superior control over her nanites. She was transferred to a training facility operated by a sect of techno-knights called the Neo-Templar. It was here that she learned to harness and manipulate her nanites to perform spectacular feats, such as forming them into a melee weapon and emulate numerous procedures. During her training here she received an Empathy chip to enhance her capabilities with her nanite manipulation.
Nariya had just completed her training and had become a Neo-Templar Acolyte when the Fleet requested aid for a special mission. Nariya volunteered for this mission and feels that completing it will prove to her superiors her value.
