![]() I'm fishing for ideas. I need to convert some beholder-kin for a home brew campaign and I'm contemplating how to handle, from an action economy point of view, the multiple eye-stalks casting spells. Some approaches: 1. Give the creature innate (at-will) spells. Each spell takes the normal number of actions to cast/shoot. 2. Create an eye-stalk single action that permits casting a spell from the creatures innate spell list. Each spell takes the normal number of actions to cast/shoot. 3. Create an eye-stalk single action and list the available spells that can be cast. Each spell takes a single action to cast/shoot. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Matt ![]()

![]() Please can you give me an update on order 4755281. This order has been pending for some time and has been accumulating items from subsequent orders to the point it is now very large and will be quiet a shock to the credit card when it is finally charged. Regards, Matt ![]()

![]() For the Deadly weapon trait do you use the dice listed just for the extra critical damage or do they replace the weapons normal dice? For example Rapier 1d6 Deadly: so on a critical do you use 1d6+1d8 or 2d6+1d8? Page 415 seems incorrect either way. ![]()

![]() Does anyone else think that monster strikes which lead into a standard monster ability should include an extra action icon (before the standard ability) for clarity? Would this make strikes which can optionally chain into a grab or knockdown action easier to understand for new GMs? ![]()

![]() It has been noted that Lich and Were-creature are nolonger monster tempalates, but rather presented as complete monsters. Other than the Elite and Weak "Adjustments" in the Playtest Bestiary, has the fate or future of monster templates been mentioned anywhere else? ![]()

![]() I have been tinkering around with some simple templates to improve monster/NPC survivability. Something simple which can be applied to a boss monster or important solo creature to make it last longer than one round of combat without giving it a bucket load of immunities. Obviously you would not apply this template to a monster or NPC which already had immunities or pre-cast spells which would defeat the PC’s. What is your opinion of this? Elite Basic Template (CR +1)

![]() Can you please cancel my Pathfinder Adventure Card Game subscription - I do not want the Skull and Shackles box shipped internationally. If I pickup the subscription again starting on the character pack or adventure deck 2 will I miss any promo cards? Many thanks in advance, Matt ![]()

![]() Back on the 28th March I ordered a pathfinder battles subscription (Order number 2010823). I noticed yesterday that on same day I placed the order Paizo took $479.68 from my Credit Card for the order. Can this be investigated - the FAQ clearly states that the credit card will only be charged when the miniatures subscription is despatched and only after an email detailing the upcoming shipment? I will be charged interest by the credit card company due to this mistake. ![]()

![]() I couldn't help myself! The thought of Goblin Ronin was too great so I created this extra encounter for part 1 of the AP. I'm very rusty on 3.x/Pathfinder encounter design so any feedback on the CR of the encounter would be much appreciated. Also, how are people handling the long journeys between adventure sites? I have always tried to not trivialize overland travel so the players gain a sense of the danger and physical hardship required to walk/ride 600 miles. I'm interested to know whether GMs are spending whole gaming sessions for travel or movie-style moving the plot onto the next location (give or take a few encounters)? |
