I had the idea to make a Bard character, and as is standard procedure for me, I chose to make it a semi-under used race in my gaming circle. I saw the Oread race thumbing through the race guide and noticed that they had a slow movement speed and a -2 penalty on Charsima. This would be my first Bard character and I wonder if this would cause undue problems down the line playing this specific character. Advice?
