In Lord Avaric's dungeon, the Yellow Chapel, or whichever. Is it supposed to be a Symbol of Insanity, or a Symbol of Pain?

Couple of things popped up with encountering the Hounds of Tindalos in the Mysterium.
How big is the door to the meditation sphere chamber? Is it big enough to take the mirror that summons the Hounds into it? Would that be sufficient to stop the Hounds, if they don't have an angle to teleport out of the room with?
Also, is a single Hound affected by the Ripping Gaze of its fellows?
Further, if a creature saves out of the effect of the Gaze, do the Hounds getting resummoned via the mirror reset the 24 hour timer on being affected by the Ripping Gaze?

Does anyone know how the DM is supposed to handle animal companions and familiars during the dream expeditions? For characters like Hunters, Druids, and Summoners, their companions are a huge part of their power. Do they just "create" dream versions on the other side, or can they be brought along somehow?

I also wonder about this, as my party also has an animal companion, via a Brawler Wild Child.

I'm not sure what it is that I have done, but I am now unable to utilize the program. I was loading up a few custom bad guys, and now the loading splash screen shows up, then departs, going into 'background processes' and taking up 30% of the CPU.

Try deleting the CombatState.xml file in your user...\roaming\combat manager folder

Example:
C:\Users\[Users login name]\AppData\Roaming\Combat Manager\CombatState.xml

If you have a problem on startup this is often the cause.

Thank you so much! That worked perfectly. I ended up deleting my bestiaries from that file as well, as every time I went to look at one of the custom critters I'd put in kept on crashing the program. It was just for one scenario, so no major loss, just peculiar.

As an Outsider(native) with an evil alignment... they're probably going to be taking a lot of damage, every round.

Under the Evil subtype;
"Any effect that depends on alignment affects a creature with this subtype as if the creature has an evil alignment, no matter what its alignment actually is. The creature also suffers effects according to its actual alignment."

So, what happens if Oathsday pulls off her bluff, and gets escorted to the safe zone? Bide her time until the heroes actually figure things out and set everyone free?

3/5

Boon Companion is limited by the total character level also. It is more for multi-classing, which my character is. (He dipped into Caviliar and went into Eldritch Knight)

He has mostly Sorcerer levels.

Just some minor necromancy on the thread, there is the Horse Master feat, allowing you to count your character levels instead of just your Cavalier levels for your critter companion.
