Do some of the books show signs of wear or repeated access more than others? Looking at the chalkboard itself, he seeks there remnants of old writings, long wiped away... tracks of lessons long past, perhaps. Then, he checks the floor near the statues for any sign of their passage, disrupting any tracks he finds. Once everyone's through, he'll latch the door behind them. ![]() Hi everyone. Please bear with me a bit while I figure this all out. :-) A wide, heavy-set dwarf with red-tinged brown hair and beard enters the bait and tackle shop. Like many of his kind, he wears plate armour and carries a dizzying array of weapons on his person but unlike most, he moves with a lightness of step that belies the strength of his armaments. He silently appraises the shop, looking around critically, A bait shop, great. Why on earth would I be here?. He moves over to one of the fishing rods and fingers it with his calloused hand. He mutters largely to himself, "Wife says I need a hobby so I guess I'm here fer that." |
