One concern I have is someone could stealth into your PvE comabt to intentionally get hit by your AoE so they could kill you without consequence.

During an encounter I get that each player may only use one of any card type. But can you use the same power multiple times.
For example could Merisiel recharge 3 cards to add 3d6 to a combat check?
