Also is it possible for a character to channel both positive and negative energy?

while granted I don't see many doing such a combo of classes, my husband is doing up a program and has to take the possibility into account.

So far he's noted three classes that channel positive energy: Cleric, Paladin, and Oracle (Life). There may be others he's not gotten to so feel free to include then in your answer if you are aware of them.

The question is does all three of these classes combine their levels for channeling positive energy, or are they three separate incidences? We know that Holy Vindicator (and maybe others) will stack with the levels individually. Since Paladin works through laying on hands, we're doubting it stacks, but we're not sure about Oracle (Life).

I'm thinking no on the first part and yes on the second, but I want to be sure.

RP has Mighty Rage at 10th, while Barbarian has it at 11th, so it seems that you get it at whichever one reaches the given level first.

Along with the above, does the RP levels stack to determine when the character reaches certain levels of Rage such as Mighty Rage, Tireless Rage and the like? Does it stack with the Barbarian levels for number of times per day and the bonus to Strength, Constitution, and Will?

I thought as much, but better to ask and be sure

looked through the forum and didn't find the answer.

These are two separate Hexes and thus the same creature could be targeted once with each within the same 24 hour period, right? Or does selecting Major Healing increase the spell level of Healing?

Between Leo and Shadowcat there seems to be two different answers. Anyone know where an official answer lies?

SO just to make sure that I understand clearly.

My Brd5/Sor5 takes Dragon Disciple(DrgDis)1 and selects Bard to go up. When I take DrgDis2, Bard now has to go up and I can never raise the effective Sorcerer spell level, at least with DrgDis.

If it had said "levels" vice "level" I wouldn't have this question. In 3.5 as far as I can tell it was at each PrC level you had to choose, but PF if just different enough that I need something more specific to be sure.

For anyone who comes back this far...something I didn't realize before. Unless you are playing a house rule, you can't have a paladin druid combo. Druids have to have at least 1 neutral and Paladins are Lawful Good.

I searched through the threads as best I could and I didn't find an answer to my specific question.

Say that I have a Sor5/Brd5 and I want to take Dragon Disciple. Each level in the Dragon Disciple adds +1 to an arcane caster class. My question is if I choose, say, Sorcerer at the first level of Dragon Disciple, is that what will be upped every time or do I have to choose which of the two base classes gets the increase each time I take a Dragon Disciple level?

Take some levels in the 3.5 PrC Dervish and then you can move all over the place with your full attack action.

I did do a search of the forum, but after several pages of not finding my specific quandary, I decided to ask.

on page 41 of the Core Rulebook it says, "(Druids who take this ability through their nature bond class feature use their druid level -3 to determine the abilities of their animal companions)." But when I look at the Nature Bond class feature in the Druid section on page 50 I find no mention of the class level -3, nor do I find it anywhere in the Druid section.

So if a Cleric 4/Druid 1 has Animal domain, is the effective druid level 2 or something less? It seems to me that the druid uses his full level since he can gain the animal companion at 1st level, but that is not what page 41 seems to say.

Also since I am on the subject, how does the Paladin's Divine Bond feature interact if the mount/animal companion option is chosen , especially if Paladin is chosen after either cleric or druid have obtained their animal companion? Does the character have to dismiss their, say, dog in order to obtain a mount?
