I have a player that is a two - weapon fighter/monk gestault character. He is using two light weapons, but for cinematic feel he wants to attack with one weapon and sometimes attack with his offhand weapon or sometimes with a kick, knee, elbow. Can he switch between weapons and unarmed strikes freely as long as he designates which of his attacks are main hand and which are considered offhand?

1)Can you use a trip instead of an attack?
2)Can you trip instead of attack in an attack of opportunity?
3)If two weapon fighting can you attack and trip (offhand) and then attack again (-5) and trip (offhand) if a different enemy?

I have two questions. I have a two - weapon fighter with the archetype who just got double strike which allows both weapons as a standard attack. He wants to take spring attack.

1st question is by raw can these two be combined?

2nd question if by raw they can't be combined would it be overpowered or broken to allow this combination?

I'm leaning towards allowing regardless since I like the cinematic look, but want to get others input first?

Is there a feat or other way besides increasing your own size to increase the size you are able to trip?

Does the bonus from this ability last until attack is over or until the end of the mobile fighter's turn or their next turn? Want to know for purposes of attack of opportunities & immediate actions.

Player of mine wants weapons similar to the Sun Blades property of being a bastard sword but wielded as a short sword. He doesn't want the rest of the properties of the sun blades. Is there an existing property out there or how would one recommend breaking the sun Blade down for cost and create magic item requirements?

Are there any variations that don't use scimitar or anything close to this archetype in another class? My player likes the archetype, but doesn't like the scimitar or bards very much.

Is there a property that can make a two handed weapon count as one handed and a one handed weapon as a light weapon? Or maybe a special weapon material like mithrial does to armor?

Can a two weapon fighter choose to use his secondary weapon for combat maneuvers? A player of mine wants to attack / combat maneuver / attack -5 / combat maneuver -5

Can you take this and other extra "_____" feats more than once? Its not in the feat? If not would it be broken to allow multiple times for a cleric wants to focus on channel energy?

Was wondering what people recommended for Gestalt character sheets?

Looking for form filled sheets that can handle Gestalt and a lot of house rules, bonus feats, etc

One of my players is playing a Magus and picked up this magus arcana from a third publishing party book.

We were wondering how this ruling would work. Does this attack take a standard action or can it be part of a full attack action? He wanted to do this as his first attack and still do his additional attacks. I ruled since it doesn't say in the text that it is considered a standard and can't be done in a full attack, but not sure.

Second he wanted to use Vital Strike with the power which I ruled he can't, but wasn't sure?

Can I use Vital Strike with this?
Since it's only Swift action to active, and used on a single attack, can I use my other attacks as normal?

At 5th level a Magus can use his Arcane Pool to enhance his weapon with a select group of weapon properties; dancing, flaming, flaming burst, frost, icy burst, keen, shock, shocking burst, speed, or vorpal. One of my player's is under the impression that any weapon property can be placed on the weapon, not just this selection. Is the Magus only limited to the ones above? Would it break the game if I allow any weapon property like my player thinks? He has been adding Holy to his weapons and bane as an example at different encounters. I never read that the properties were limited and thought he was allowed up to this point.

One of my players is asking to make a sword a trip weapon. Is there any enhancement or cost that could do this without house ruling it?

One of my players is playing a two weapon fighter, but doesn't want to take the two weapon warrior archetype. However he wants to be able to use two weapons in a standard attack. There are a few feats from 3.5 that allowed for this. Would they be okay to include in pathfinder? The other alternative I suggested was to use the cleave feats, but to describe himself using his second weapon for the additional attacks. He really wants to go two weapon fighting for flavor even though the two handed fighter is so much more powerful generally.

He doesn't want to lose armor training and weapon training just to get two weapon fighting standard attacks.

Anyone can help in ideas please let me know

I'm currently running a campaign and was wondering about the archetype rules.

Rules question for you. When using an archetype do you have to use the entire archetype? Or can you choose what to take and what not to take from the archetype at certain levels? That way you can give up what you want from a class for archetype abilities, but not giving up stuff that fits your characters? Based on what I am reading you have to take the entire archetype and gain all its benefits and lose all the base stuff you normally lose.

If that is the case do you think its broken if I house rule you can take one or two options and only lose base class stuff from those options, but not necessarily get everything?
