Dalia did her best to keep up with her taller faster brother knowing she had to escape as did he if Manwhen Sedai was to live.

Dalia nods to Lucius breathlessly as she runs.

Dalia has tears in her eyes but she holds firm, "Yes Brother, quickly let's move her, once we are sa... less in danger, I will attempt to heal her!"

Man, that was a terrible time for the boards...

Dalia is torn between attacking this horrific foe and aiding Manwhen Sedai... the appearance of this Ogier, a Seanchan?, and the prisoners' reaction to this new figure eases the decision making process, Dalia kneels down to her Superior.

I will use a Delving to ascertain what if anything is wrong with her.

Dalia shakes out the dust from the blast dazed as she is she manages to hold onto the source though it is clear whoever this is, is not someone with whom she could go toe to toe utilizing the One Power, still, she had a duty to try!

She will next utilize Harden Air to try and constrict his arms side by side allowing her brother to strike the foe with ease. Sorry, no boos at work :-(

Dalia also moves against Jamyn seeing him as the threat.

She embraces the source and creates a sphere of ice around his head. Create Ice - Level 1.

Rizzen - Don't have the books with me so not sure what the roll here would be. The idea is to blind and suffocate him thereby ending his threat.

"You men and your dirty thoughts", she playfully slaps the back of her Brother's shoulder before regaining her serene composure.

Dalia enters the room and nods to her Brother smiling and whispering, "Any interest in being a Warder Brother?"

She stands back from the table awaiting the entrance of Manwhen Sedai still a bit unclear as to protocol here.

Bormanes & DM:
"Brother, can you see within?"

Dalia turns towards Bormanes, "Come Brother. Time to meet the Seanchan".

With her Brother at her side, Dalia approaches the hut and enters to ensure that all is in order as Manwhen Sedai claimed it would be.

Dalia dismounts and follows behind Manwhen Sedai, once more awaiting her instructions.

Dalia's slight widening of the eyes are all that give away her shock at first viewing of the Little Blight. She retains the Aes Sedai calm that she has been trained to retain despite the fact that she is not full Aes Sedai yet.

She remains quiet and stays at Manwhen Sedai's right hand.

Between something and the light that went out Dalai was nervous and had to fight to not embrace the source once more...

Dalia turns to Manwhen Sedai, "We should watch from the western flank Manwhen Sedai in case of unwanted visitors".

Dalia whispers a response, "My apologies Manwhen Sedai, nerves..."

She pauses as she sees the light in the night and turns to Bormanes, "In the west, a light a fire I believe. It just went out. Did you see it?"

Private Conversation with Bormanes before we leave:
Dalia pulls her Brother out as dinner ends, "My dear sweet Brother, this is a much more dangerous game than I had originally believed this trip would be. I would not have asked you to attend to me had I known what Manwhen Sedai intended.

Stay close to me and do not take unnecessary risks. Do your best to not have your mouth get you or any of the rest of us in trouble. I may chastise you in public but you know full well I appreciate your sharp whit, please do not let it interfere with this exchange as this is a delicate situation and one which could disrupt the peace of centuries if handled improperly.

I assured Manwhen Sedai that you would not be troublesome". She grins and gives him a light kiss on the cheek, "After this exchange is complete of course I gave mo further assurances on your behavior".

To Weathertop

Dalia nods as her Brother falls in behind her, she would never admit it but knowing he was here gave her greater confidence than if he were not there.

Dalia embraces the Source as danger was now just at the edge of her vision...

Manwhen Sedai:
"Yes Manwhen Sedai", she curtsies and heads back to the table sitting next to her brother.

Dalia returns to the room and takes a seat next to her Brother and eats in reserved silence, quite Aes Sedai like!

Bormanes:
Dalia nudges you under the table with her foot. A [I]we need to talk[/] type of nudge.

Manwhen Sedai:
Dalia nods, "Yes Manwhen Sedai. Despite his quirks, my Brother is a man who knows when to listen and when not to, especially when lives are on the line as they will be here. I thank you for your trust in choosing me for this mission. I shall not let you down".

Dalia keeps a serene look on her face as the men continue to ask questions of Manwhen Sedai though she does shake her head a bit in disproval. She has questions of course but has learned better than to question Manwhen Sedai, she is after all only an Initiate. If I know better why do these men not know better?

Dalia speaks, "Swear to it by the Creator and the Light".

At the announcement, Dalia retains her composure as best she can and awaits further comment from her Mistress as she is sure there is more to come.

Would you say that is post Jair trying to hide his letter in hay to dry or during?

Post or perhaps even pre Jair visit unless he went out directly after the Aes Sedai decree.

After Manwhen Sedai gives her proclamation, Dalia gives her a curtsey and heads out the door. If I catch someone attempting to steal from the caravan once more, I'll use the One Power to switch them like they'll never forget, then turn them over to the authorities.

She sighs as she heads into the late afternoon the sun slowly setting in the west, It can't hurt to ensure the horses and properly tended for and the equipment properly stowed, these men are too concerned with dicing and chasing Domani women. No doubt in their excitement there will be something not done I will need to correct. As mother always said, the man may be the head but the woman is the neck.

Dalia heads to the stables, drawing slowly down on the source just in case there is some ruffian about who does intend to steal from the caravan once more, It would not be prudent to be caught unawares.

She laughs at her brother's response, "The life of a Novice much less an Initiate is time consuming Brother. I am glad you are still here with me even if your mouth gets you in trouble though truth be told, it gets you into trouble wherever you go, this time Manwhen Sedai simply called you to task for it".

Dalia nods to Elathras, "Indeed thank you for your assistance", and allows him to take her horse.

She walks the grounds instead of heading inside, with so much time spent in the Tower it was good to get out, plus, once the horses were stabled she wanted to double check the men's work. It wasn't that she didn't trust them, it was that Manwhen Sedai didn't trust them and she would be held as responsible as they for future failures.

Outside The Dark One's Thorn

She grins as Bormanes is reprimanded by the Aes Sedai elder, while she would not have approached it that way, perhaps she should. Alas, Dalia has a soft spot for men, especially her little brother as he gets into no end of trouble. He always has and Dalia suspects he always will.

Dalia curtsies at the orders given to her by Manwhen Sedai, "Yes, Aes Sedai Manwhen".

He face then becomes the cold impassive mask of a fully trained Aes Sedai as she regards the caravan members cooly, "I trust you all know what to do and how best to care for your own gear and horses? Perhaps I shall spot check this time just to be safe".

She stands still though as the caravan springs into action to prepare for an evening in the Inn.

"Dear Brother I am quite sure it was you who convinced me to let you come along. I believe you were expecting "adventure" yes?"

But responsibility's so boring! Especially when you're the youngest child, and your older brother's going to inherit most of the responsibility, anyway.

Oh, by the way, I created an older brother to both of us named for our famous ancestor who supported the Lord Dragon, Dobraine. He gets to be High Seat - I get to drink and play cards :).

I like the backstory for the Children. Very nice.

Great, I'll adjust my background accordingly :-)

Avatar done. Background now mentions Bormanes Taborwin her younger brother who needs to learn responsibility!
