I am running Kingmaker in Montana in the year 1871. The whole thing has a claim the west vibe with gunslingers, card cheats and ladies of ill repute.
The big changes are the inclusion of guns everywhere from Ultimate Combat and setting changes to the races. Elves have become Native Americans. Humans are Western Europeans. Dwarves are Slavic. Halflings are Africans. Gnomes are Asians.
