It's not still available, unfortunately, but worth tracking down used, and the novels as well: Several years ago, Paizo published, as part of its Planet Stories line, a reprint of a collection of short stories by Manly Wade Wellman, about an occult investigator named Silver John, or John the Balladeer. ;) These are so excellent, and so hard to find these days - even the mass market paperbacks from the 80s (when I first read them) are fetching collector's prices.
