I have made a PDF with the conversion of the cavalier from 1e to 2e.
I just wanted to share my contribution to the community even if in a few months they release the official cavalier archetype. this is my version of the whole class (my favorite back in 1e).
Hope you like

I'm Just gonna ask for more narrative approach and les Video gamelike stuff.
That is what annoys me.That you have to have like 3 feats just for graple or atempting a trip

Have you ever wanted to play a non golarion canon in pathfinder but you GM doesn't let you?

For example: I want to play a Sith Named Jerico but my GM said ¨NO, IT IS NON CANON, WAYT FOR STARFINDER, BLA BLA BLA...¨
Duuuude, I Don't want to wait it's only a Daring Champion saying he fights supernatural.
¨BUT HE SUL´T EXIST¨

You get the point

thank you guys, i'll have in mind what you said I´ll give him a dagger for TWF when needed and work with my partners for flank and intimidate :)

i have always used a cavalier, paladin or fighter. something with full bab, good fort and nice d10.
But in the next Crimson throne campaign i'm gonna play i'm thinking to make a unchained rouge but i'm afraid he been to weak and fragile to play it like a dirty duelist, someone who fight dirty make a lot of faint with his rapier and stand up in the crowd.
I whant to be the first in the battle but not really tanking. Also i want to make a lot of damage because that is fun!
I don't wanna play another fighter or a daring champion Cavalier.
Culd you help me make it a nice combatant? :)

I was thinking in to:

STR:8
Dex:18 (human bonus)
Con:16
Int:12
Wis:10
Cha:14

to take Weapon focus, imp. faint and dirty trick but other than that i have no clue

Hey guys!
I have a webcomic about a pair of Cavaliers (one is a Gendarme and the other is a Daring Champion) who are to protect a Duchess from his evil sister that i want you to see.
The comic does not take place on Golarion but is heavy based on Pathfinder, I take the Characters from the adventures we used to play in our group. So I just wanted to share with you, I hope you like it and we might talk about our experiences with the game like our favorite Characters.

Thank you...

when I say I am a Wakfu fan, I mean the animated series. my bad.

I haven´t see them, My DM is a huge fan and its its favorite show tough

Wakfu is pretty fun. Although kinda depressing when it first came out. The story effectively declared that anything I did in Dofus... was pretty much a drop in the hat haha. Which was fine, but they had started inserting a world story at that point compared to before, where it had no over arching world story and was just about screwing around.

I played 2.0 for a while. but the player base is just soo toxic last couple of years, that the sub price just wasn't worth it anymore, and most folks i knew moved on anyway.

Haven't had a reply from my friend yet. I'm not good at making stats though...

other than starting off wit ha white or black gobbal, then a gobbal, than a war cheif, then a royal gobbal maybe. Perhaps every 5 levels. Though the problem with that is you couldn't honestly ride one until a War Cheif.. so i guess toss that idea out.

Warcheif then later on some sorta feat at level XX to turn it into a royal.

Warcheifs have crazy movement so i guess give it something like 50ft a round. (that is what thigns like horses and such have i think? it should be simliar ish) It should have a bite attack, and you should check up the gobbal stats and look at its resistances and then tack that onto pathfinder elements (acid=earth)

I'm not very familiar with mounts to suggest more though. Cavilier stats out mount progression doesn't it? similiar to how summoner stats out the progression?
I'd look at a bear or a large badger for base stats and get something in between those for the War Cheif. Lore wise a warcheif is effectively a blackbear in size and power.

The world stoy was finding the Dofus, whitch is petty much like screwing around untill you take a side between angels and demons, then you kind of fight for turf, which is... sometimes nice, sometimes not so much jeje

My DM seds that I could start whith a Large White gobbal and at lv 10 it´ll be a Warchief, but movement and things like that arent gonna be so impressive until that

Cavaliers Have full BAB, a d10 worth of HP, a semi smite and the animal companion progresses like a druid animal companion, it´s an all around class but the vast majority of his abilities revolve around mounted combat, wich can be tricky for dungeons and stretch hallways, It's my favorite class anyway jeje

Its a typo, i shall write Places XD
Sorry about that.

I´ll be using a Lance and a Gratesword, not at the same time but one on my Gobbal back and one on foot.

I´m Personaly just after the Gobbal stats but if you find more then it will be helpfull for my DM.

I also used to play dofus till 2.0 then stop

Hi every one!
A Friend of my wants to make a Pathfinder Campaign in the world of dofus the MMO. I like the idea, it will only take the pases, ideas and monsters. So the bast marotity of monster gonna be housemade.
But my concern is that I wanted to play a Cavalier and mount a Gobball, how do you convert that monster in particular.
Also, if you have played dofus or know somebody who have converted some of its content could you led me to him, it´s a hard work and all help will be neded.
Thanks!!

Bytheway! this is a Jalato

My Friends and I are searching beta testers for some wild House rules who add a lot to the game but everyone think we are dumb for such a rules so outside of ourselves we could´t test them *maby to harcore mode for someones

So I´m Search for beta testers and feedback for the PDF we are trying to make.

The Rules are as Follows

1.- Everyone can parry, Dodge or Block (including shield block) as immediate action one attack every round

2.- There is always 50% for your armor to receive the damage for you. In an area of effect like in a Fireball your armor could take half damage and it works until it's broken (Sunder stript it out wen is brokend negating 50% chanse, there is no CRIT on objects)

3.- There is no such thing as ¨Spells per day¨ and spellcasters can cast whitout runing out of spells but need to make a concentration check equal to 10 + double the spell level, if fail the caster gain the condition Fatigued and the Dc to cast incrises to 15 + doble the spell level, if fail again gain the condition Exhausted and the DC incrises to 20+ doble the spell level, if fail again you fail Unconscious.

4.- every character (including monsters and npcs) have hp equal to his minimum posible HP as if all his HD where nat 1s

5.- GP per lv is equal to heroic npc vercion

in our table it Surprisingly works! There have been fun and we managed to survive in the game up to lv 10 (we still tryng to make it pas lv 10 viable)even have killed monsters of cr 13 and adobe. So we would like you feedback and if you wanna be beta tester contact me, thanks :)

sounds like the rules of a game that i want to play!
I will find a way to use Cha instead of Int on my perform (Oratory) for my big dumb stupid Cavalier and inspirer the world!
It will be fun!

That's nice! Thanks for the advise, we need to know if the rulles wil be well received. its hard to convince frends to try such edgy rules, but they do make everything more engaging and quiker! we were test them for months and so far, i think they are balanced

my friends and I want to make a pdf about some house rules that we use in our games that make combat more thrilling and fast and some rules altering the way that casters and armor works but we didn't know were to publish them.
Do you have some idea?
This house rules give a spin to the game so... we didn't even know if you wanted to use them anyway. we waned to make hem a free product :)
