PHB lists a generic wagon as being a four-wheeled, open vehicle costing 35 gp, weighing 400 lbs., and requiring 2 horses (or other beasts of burden) to draw it. It doesn't have listed dimensions, size, or carrying capacity.
UC adds 3 variants:
A light wagon is a four-wheeled vehicle costing 50 gp, with no listed weight, and requiring 4 Medium or 1 Large creature to draw it. It occupies 4 squares (10 ft. by 10 ft.; 5 feet high), counts as a Large land vehicle, and can carry up to 1,000 lbs.
A medium wagon is a four-wheeled vehicle costing 75 gp, with no listed weight, and requiring 4 Medium or 1 Large creature to draw it. It occupies 6 squares (10 ft. by 15 ft.; 5 ft. high), counts as a Large land vehicle, and can carry up to 2,000 lbs.
A heavy wagon is a four-wheeled vehicle costing 100 gp, with no listed weight, and requiring 4 medium or 1 Large creature to draw it. It occupies 8 squares (10 ft. by 20 ft.; 5 ft. high), counts as a Huge land vehicle, and can carry up to 4,000 lbs.
I assume that the new vehicle rules supersede those from the PHB, but none of the new wagons give any info as to their weight and the listed info for animals required to pull them conflicts with the general rules in UC.

Pulled: This type of propulsion involves one or more creature pulling a vehicle. Unless the creature pulling the vehicle is intelligent (Intelligence score of 3 or higher), either Handle Animal or Profession (driver) is used for the driving check (driver’s choice). Intelligent creatures must be convinced with a Diplomacy check (decrease the driving check by 5 if the creature or creatures have the helpful attitude), or forced with an Intimidate check. Forcing an intelligent creature to pull a vehicle increases the DC by 20. A creature can pull a number of vehicle squares equal to the number of squares in the creature’s space to a top speed equal to twice the creature’s speed. It can accelerate its space in vehicle squares up to its speed. For instance, a single horse takes up 4 squares, and can pull a 4-square cart 100 feet each round with an acceleration of 50 feet.
So a single horse (a Large creature) could draw a light wagon but a medium or heavy wagon would require 2 horses. Additionally, a medium wagon would require 6 ponies (Medium creatures) and a heavy wagon would require 8.
What I'm wondering:
1) What is the weight for a light, medium, and heavy wagon? Or any other vehicles listed in UC?
2) Which takes precedence, the number of creatures listed under propulsion or the rules for propulsion under muscle/pulled?
3) Only Large and Medium creatures are listed (which makes sense, since that is the typical size for mounts/draft animals) but what if you lose your horse and your party of 4 gnomes tries to drag the cart? Do they follow the general rules (occupy 1 space, can pull 1 vehicle square, allowing them to pull a light wagon, assuming its unknown weight is less than their combined drag weight) or the specific vehicle rules, requiring a Large or Medium creature?
4) There were a few other related questions, but I forget what they are for now...
