Alright I'm trying to figure out multiple applications for rules for a polearm fighter. So first the situation

Grants Jotungrip and Massive Weapons
Living Monolith 1
Grants Enlarge person as swift action
the character is using a lucern hammer with base dmg of 1d12 x2
So heres the issue, Whats the reach of this character? What squares does he threaten? whats the base dmg of the weapon?
Here's my calculations, but they look wrong to me
as medium creature with appropriately sized polearm reach 10ft
Polefighting allows the threatened area to be encompass the whole area.

Enlarge Person makes my size large, which doubles the affective reach radius. So reach 20ft. Now here is the first problem
Is that first 20 counted from the edge of the base 10ft meaning a diameter of 50 ft threatened?
I think the base dmg now is 3d6.
Now I change my weapon to a massive weapon I can now wield in two hands.
I'm not enlarged and the weapon category is a large weapon with reach. Do I have a reach of 10ft or 15ft due to weapon size?
My base dmg should be 3d6 I think.
Now with my massize weapon in hand I enlarge myself. Whats my reach?
My creature size is large but I'm wielding a size huge weapon.
So is my reach still 20ft or is it now 30 ft? at 30 ft from each edge of the sqaure I occupy that is 10ftx10ft thats a radius of 70 ft.
Whats my dmg? I beleive the dmg should be 4d6. Do I count as threatening all squares within the reach?
So for even more fun what happens when I take lunge?
This character also would have combat reflex's and quick reflexs as a rage power designed to take advantage of AOO.
