Two problems that I saw with that site:

1) Darklands Rising cannot be selected for a replacement request, and it is after February 3rd.

2) Their description of the process for requesting replacements mentions a receipt selected from their database. Do they have a record of purchases made via Paizo?

As I said above, Wizkids told me they get the sets up on the replacement request page once they have replacements available, which will be a couple weeks after the release date.

The replacement policy says you need to upload an image of your proof of purchase. It also says you can only request one replacement per purchase but I've never had a problem with them providing replacements.

They've been great—I didn't assemble my Falling Star model for over a year after it came out and found a component missing. They mailed me the part with no questions asked.

Darklands is listed on the replacement site now. My only issue now is that Wizkids expects me to mail them the miniatures.

That's pretty unfortunate that I have to pay the shipping to send them their broken goods.

At least Amazon will pay the return postage. I'm out.
