About Corvus EmberfogThe Storm swept Corvus far far away the First World. He found himself in the open sea. Only by watching the waves and the winds was he able to find his bearings in the Material Plane. He gathered his wits and flitered about the sea, turning into a mascot of sorts for each ship he boarded. His innate knowledge of the storm and sea patterns made him valuable. But something about the Brass Bird made it his new home. Captain Renlock treated him less as a shoulder parrot but more as a teammate. Corvus got his own room and a share of the spoils. Not very material, he warned against excessive gains. The Brass Bird raided a Varisian cargo, and Corvus kept his eyes on one of the passengers, a witch. She spouted many curses upon the crew, and one of them must have held fast. It wasn't long before the Andoran Navy began to chase them, seeking capture. Once surrounded, Captain Renlock surrendered rather than fight to the death, and the entire team was arrested. Stuck inside of a tiny custom jail cell drove Corvus crazy. He couldn't fly, there was no wind, and he lost the community he built upon the Brass Bird. Corvus's happiest day of his life began when he was released for time served. The sky was clear, the wind pushed him towards the port, it seemed like Gozreh and the storm lords wanted him back on the sea. At the pier, he began to offer his services as a Guide to Gozreh when Captain Renlock's annoying parrot Cawlo arrived. He couldn't get a word in while the parrot demanded he listen to its message. Finally he relented... Defenses:
