Corin Aldesi is a young Chelaxian man who hails from the city of Khari. On the edge of Cheliax his family has done its best to quietly maintain the worship of the empyreal lord Ondisso under the oppressive Thrune regime and the watchful eye of the church of Asmodeus. Corin never felt that he could follow the footsteps of his father and grandfather, living an inner life of faith while giving lip service to Asmodeus. So he left his home behind—most likely for good—and set out on a pilgrimage to prove himself and his faith in Ondisso.
