About Conan of Cheliax
Conan is a brave adventurer of much experience. He currently resides in a farmstead outside of Magnimar and is looking into finding what he needs to grow to brew his own beer. After figuring out the secrets of brewing bad beer and spending a lot of gold to get ale and beer from a brewer in another village Conan is opening the Singing Swords a new eatery, and drinking establishment outside of Magnimar. The Singing Swords also has rooms for rent nightly, weekly, or hourly no questions asked and if the fee is right he won't even acknowledge you're there if the city watch asks. Healing is extra with a reduced rate for cure light wounds spell (even more reduced if you bring your own wand or scroll). If you bring your own cleric or other practitioner (no questions asked) and clean up the blood yourself it is only the price of the room. Dying at the Singing Swords costs as long as it takes you to pass away (rates will be collected after passing from goods left behind, sorry we don't honor bequests to friends and relatives).
Conan died coming out of retirement from Magnimar and rejoining his adventuring friends of the Pathfinder Society of Absalom. Notice the Singing Swords outside of Magnimar and the farm which provides hops for the beer that is brewed for it are in need of new proprietors. No one knows where Conan's body lies and as he was an orphan and a man reportedly from Cheliax well let's say he leaves no parents or wife behind.
