Male Human

no big.

"Gunny flashlights," Claude turns one on flashing it back towards the room they had exited while keeping it out of his vision -- the optical upgrade wasn't traditional cyber and therefore didn't have a convenient mode change, instead relying on semi-natural eye adjustment for the lighting, something he didn't want to ruin with a bright flash, "Have the doctor come up here and see if there are any chemicals or what not she might have a use for -- medical, weaponized or otherwise."

While the moved Basil kept an eye down the hallway and on the liquid on the floor for ripples coming their way that might mean that something is moving towards them, "Either remember if they had much in the way of mobile automatons on this ship?"

Any brooms or mops with sturdy handles or the like that we could use a club or staff?

Male Human

"Lights are out, terrain is clear, door left closed." Claude notes to Eli, "Door right slightly ajar, not a bulkhead."

Male Human

"Gunny, do you have any cybernetics?" Cluade asks, "If not I think I might make a better point man, as I can see a bit better than most."

He nods towards the doctor, " Besides she might need a boost or something again."

Male Human

"Give me a minute," claude pauses starting his internal computer, specifically the mapping software, "There we go."

He looks the door over but shrugs, "Warrior yes, power machinery no. Couldn't we simply cut a wire some place? Seems like that's what we always did back in the unit."

Claude keep a step back watching the pod that Eli was beside.

Male Human

"Master Gunnery huh..." Basil stops and thinks for a second, motioning for Eli to relax, "US then, and probably been in longer than me to boot. Lets not worry about the formalities yet Sergeant, not like it's going to help us any right now."

Turning to Aileen, "Right, Pleased to meet you Aileen, any thought on which direction to go? Is there something specific we should look for to help figure out what's going on?"

"Sergeant you haven't seen any weapons around have you?" Eli asked him while waiting on Aileen's reply, "I don't remember where they had us stow our gear before we took the nap."

Male Human

"Lieutenant Basil European Defense Forces, British Division Ma'am." Basil replied scratching his head, "Hm... we'll that's not a happy place to start..."

Basil stretched his arm across his chest pulling it with the other to stretch it more, his hand didn't move nearly as easily as he had wanted when he had rubbed his head.

"Lets look this place over then figure out where we are and what's happening." He nodded to the man that had given him a hand out of his pod, "May I have the pleasure of your names?"

Without waiting Basil started moving about, slow steps to hid the fact he wasn't as steady as he wanted to be yet, looking to see what else was in the room keeping an ear cocked towards them waiting for their answers.

Male Human

"Hold on a minute if you would," Basil replied before standing up straight. Smoothing his uniform back into place he continues, "I just got up, what is going on as of now?"

Male Human

Slowly he moved his limbs flexing carefully while going about undoing his harness as It wouldn't do to fall down out of the pod and make a scene. While his hands worked on the harness releases he looked about the chamber in front of him keen on finding out what was going on.

Male Human

"Ugh." He croaked out, more for his own benefit than of any hope someone else would hear him. It felt like a cold morning on patrol in Germany, not something he had ever particularly relished, especially not with after a hard night of drinking. Heck I didn't even get to enjoy the drink this time. He thought to himself as he started to shrug it off, ah well time to get somewhere.

Bringing his hand up he rapped his knuckles on the pod lid as much as he could.

Male Human

And I'm about 2/3 of the way done.
