About Carenza Calendula

Carenza hails from Magnimar, specifically the Capital District. Her father, Caden, is one of the Ushers in the government, while her mother, Elowen is a member of the Order of Sages, Librarians, and Teachers. Receiving a good education, Carenza discovered her real talent lay in music, and found that she can actually do magic through her music.
She enjoyed slumming in the lower parts of the city, playing music and singing in various establishments. While doing so, she found that the Lord-Mayor was secretly running a rigged gladiatorial game and taking advantage of his “athletes.” She wrote a tune scandalizing him, causing the whole thing to fall apart. Her father was not sure whether to be furious or proud of her, but thought it best she leave the city for a while.
