I was really hoping to see some nice BF/CM sales on the remaining PACG stock... It's bad enough to have the line discontinued and unsupported, but to have to pay full price for (some of) it even now? As it is, there's nothing of enough interest to me in the sale for me to buy. Kinda sad because I would have been happy to support paizo otherwise.

Just an FYI:

If anyone is interested in doing some PACG GMed by the legendary Mike Selinker, head on over to Ypsilanti, Michigan next month for the u-con gaming convention. The convention is the weekend of November 22nd.

Last I checked, there are still several open spots for his sessions.

See the website for more info (https://www.ucon-gaming.org )

Personally, I think it does too, but I am very interested in discovering actual cards that would break the game if we followed my personal belief.

Suppose the original monster only deals fire damage, and the summoned one is immune to the fire trait?

For that matter, would the summoned monster be adding it's traits to the mix as well, as the summoning occurs in the same phase that you're playing the spell in, and the spell *does* add its traits I believe. So, for example if you summon a monster with the fire trait, what happens if you're facing a monster that has a power like "add 1d8" if you check has the fire trait. By adding the 1d8, you're not using any of YOUR powers, only following the monster's text.

You won't have to wait too long to see the Alchemist, Oracle and Witch ;) Also, they're all pretty awesome!

To add to what others have said,

If a location deck has no cards in it, you may attempt to close it on the turn of any character present at that location. Note: this attempt comes AFTER the movement phase and after the first exploration... as such you generally will be spending an entire turn on each such attempt to close a location.

Currently, universal damage mitigating cards are few and far between. Currently, almost all the cards that reduce damage only reduce combat damage (that is, damage taken from failing a combat check, or that is otherwise specified as combat damage, such as that from collapsed ceiling, etc.). As such, the damage from the enchanter is not reduced by the bracers of protection, nor by arcane armor.

If I recall the wording correctly, mirror image will reduce that damage (depending on your roll) as will the basic ally "guard".
