Excited for this one, but am I reading Unraveling Blast correctly? At 11th level, it’s doing 17d4 damage? That’s a lot of dice to roll

Hi, I’m from the UK on holiday in Florida for the next three weeks and was hoping to pickup 2nd edition to start reading it while here. Could anyone offer any advice on whether I’ll need to go to FLGS or comic book stores to see if I can find it, or is it likely to be stocked by bigger stores, I.e. Target or something similar. I would order online but not sure we’ll be around during the day much to receive any deliveries.
