You are absolutely correct. Thank you for noticing. The typos and feat description have been changed.
This product details a number of feats that allow you to use one ability score in place of another, similar to the way you use Dex instead of Str with weapon finesse. The feats are not class specific, although some are of greater benefit to some classes than others.
