It looks like at one point the order did have some backordered items on it but everything now seems to be available so I gave it an extra nudge towards the door and those items should be shipping out with the most recent subscription products :) Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you very much for your help, I saw here that you were already responsible for my card. However the items are not yet available for download in the case of PDFs, I believe that why they haven't been sent yet right?

Can you let me know when I can download PDFs so I can start reading?
