This might be a good time to use the Crypt Warden's one-time reroll feature (since we're using it in a Tier 7-8) if people are cool with that. Getting it in our front arc instead of our rear (on a failure) is a big difference, plus keeps us facing a good direction for future rounds.

I did forget the +2 from the captain, but thought that even when Broadsiding, each weapon could only be fired once in a round (and Chivix shot the plasma cannon) Also while the laser net seems like it would have destroyed the nuke anyway, as a missile its going after their TL, which based on an earlier scan their TL is just 19, so even if they Evaded successfully I think that would've normally hit? Unless I'm missing something. Again, not relevant this time because of the net, but if Bluuuuu noticed something weird that may affect his future rounds' plans.

Still seems good to me. The turret is replaced with a Tactical Nuclear Missile Launcher. Given Chivix is a better gunner than Bluuuuu, I'd advise he take the forward arc each round (assuming they're in that arc). Also don't forget that if you are level 8, you get a bonus Resolve Point to use in this combat! (oft forgotten part of Starship combat rules)

It is very difficult to tell if a barathu is furrowing their brow (the lack of a brow is the first problem), but Bluuuuu thinks hard at Sefel's counter. The logs seemed to imply there was a beacon away from the ship they were implanting an SOS into. If two crew memebrs went out to it, I would guess they knew where it was. But maybe it is a different beacon than the one we are thinking of. Or they were desperate enough to wander guessing. I may have assumed too much.

Ack! Is all he can get out as the sudden crash of ice causes the solider to flail. Also Bluuuuu has a natural fly speed, and so would be traveling a few feet above the plateoid's surface. Don't think its relevant right here, just the mention of how slippery the icy ground is reminded me to mention it.

Charged, yes. A planar breach is an odd thing though. Is there a 'Plane of Cold'? Or maybe just the arctic spot of Elysium or Abbadon. Either way, you are right Donovan.
