Have you thought about contacting local groups/individuals within the area for assitance. For example the Black country roleplay soceity and some one else mentioned Steve Turner, the author fo Chivalry and Sorcery.
If you search for the club you can find them easy enough, as for steve I may be able to chase him down through some contacts I have in the area
