Hello, I got my notification for order 4373723 and it looks like I accidentally preordered copies of Incident At Absalom Station and the Starfinder Core Rulebook in addition to my subscriptions. Is it too late to cancel the non-subscription copies? If not, I would like to do so. Thanks,
Hi, I just got around to unpacking my order and was surprised to find a comic in it - Hollow Mountain #5. After looking at the invoice, I realized it must have been put in instead of the compilation of Hollow Mountain. Would it be possible to get the correct one sent (ideally with my subscriptions next month) and is there a method I should use for returning the incorrect one? Thanks,
I was wondering when Horror Adventures comes out and clicked on the RPG subscription link toward the bottom of the main Paizo page. I saw it as an upcoming (early August) product at the bottom of the page, but the two options for when to start a subscription were Ultimate Intrigue and the Villain Codex - Horror Adventures was not available. Not important for me since I got the information I was after. Last time I saw something weird it was because of my settings, so I double-checked and it still happens when I'm not logged in. Figured I'd run it up the flagpole.
I have noticed that the recent posts sidebar from the messageboards has started including customer service threads when it had not done so in the past. I'm not sure if this is deliberate or not, but I figure reporting intended behavior is less problematic than not reporting unintended behavior. Thanks,

Hello, I noticed that a thread I recently posted in no longer has the dot to indicate as much. It's http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2sy87?Specifics-of-a-Lichs-life#23 I have noticed in the past that sometimes threads stop showing the "(25 new)" markers, which might be related. I assume that one's actually Paizo recognizing that it's not worth your time keeping track of which posts I have read after a certain point. This one seems less likely to be deliberate, though. Not a big deal, so feel free to leave it alone. Gotta report my bugs, though. :-) Thanks,
At the end of their last session, one of my PCs finished going off the deep end to wendigo psychosis. While they rested at the inn, he coup de grace'd and ate another PC and then flew off into the sky. My question is how much equipment would you take along? They decided to go ahead with the true resurrection, so if all the stuff were gone, that would be pretty punitive. I'm currently thinking the equipment he would have on while sleeping and drop the weapon after finishing the kill. So ultimately just the stat increase items. What does the community think?
Hello, I have a large upcoming order that has split into 7 packages: 6 with one item each and one with 9 items (plus promo cards). This results in around $50 in shipping, which makes sense for 7 packages, but seems unlikely to compare favorably to the items being in 2 packages. Would it be possible to take a look and verify that the package-optimization algorithm didn't spiral out of control in this case? Thanks,
Hey there, I was browsing the forums and found what seems to be a mostly innocuous bug, but that should still be noted. I was in a thread where some posts were getting deleted including one that was numbered n*50+1, so that it was alone on a page. When I tried to go to that page before there were other posts in the thread (so the count of posts indicated that page existed but there were no posts to display there), it was hanging. Any time it hangs, it could be a connection issue on either side, but it seemed a likely culprit that would be easy to verify or refute. Thanks,

All the post-FAQ chatter in another nameless thread has got me thinking. How does a non-flying character attack a flying creature? Barring ranged/reach weapons, naturally. In home games I would allow attacking at the top of a jump, but by RAW that should require Spring Attack. Is there any rules support for doing something like that without extensive feat requirements?
Hello, I'm putting this here instead of the Customer Service forum because this is more reporting a bug than requesting action on the issue. I have been unable to actually change my subscription settings to use store credit. When I click the button, it loads for a while but continues to say the my subscriptions will not use store credit. In case it's relevant, this is using Firefox 38.0.1 on a Windows 7 machine. Thanks,
There are a few things that aren't adding up in this order and I thought I'd ask for manual review. First, the total of the things in the order doesn't add up to the subtotal at the top. I think this is because of the Path of War that got merged onto here, but I thought because of the second point I'd verify. Second, I think I was charged twice for the WotR class deck, once with just pathfinder advantage and once with the ACG subscriber discount. I correctly got only one of them.
I haven't seen any threads about this so far. Apocrypha is an adventure card game about monsters lurking in our world. It's from Lone Shark Games and has some people I'm excited to buy games from. I figured there might be others here that would be interested to hear.
Hello, I suspect that because this is one order that has both Iconic Heroes Set #2 and Iconic Heroes Set #3, it will wait to ship until both are ready. If that's true, would it be possible to split it or move it to my sidecart? Thanks very much!

I recently read through the module and thought I would ask your opinions on something with Splatter Man's spelling out Vesorianna's name. If they wipe it off, does he fill it back with a new letter or does it start at letter one? I assume it's that visit one is V. Visit two is E if it hasn't been cleaned and VE if it has, etc. In other words, wiping it off does nothing to slow him down.
If he ends up doing it in another place (council member homes, etc.) does he start over there? This would make sense if it's a matter of building power at some site of significance, anchoring him somewhat. I could also see filling it to the appropriate number of letters there, though. Finally, if they lock up Gibs causing Splatter Man to give up on him and find a new dupe, does that guy start over at V or does he keep going where Gibs left off? Thanks. |
