Bat Pup runs forward on all eight tentacles and licks everyone.

Bat Pup bumps Tsu's hand, shamelessly seeking more petting. He also playfully grabs at Tsu's fingers with a couple tentacles.

I wish the art for this was posted somewhere, but you can see a picture of the Octopup on this first slide.

"Woof, woof, wooof!" Bat Pup bounces around all the other octo-pups that might be coming along, and pants excitedly. Then he raises his head to be petted.
