Throwing his own greasy hand into Pandora's offered hand and pointing with a quick sideways thrust of his head at a middle aged tien man with a backpack overstuffed with adventuring gear just entering the room. "That's Xuan, he goes where I go. Doesn't say a word but very reliable. Xuan. Is Hellboy watered and fed? You didn't let him bite you?" The man's gear is well maintained and high quality.

The tien man nods as Jack speaks then finds an out of the way corner to stand in. His gaze focuses on eyes and movements, not on mouths, Xuan does not understand Taldane.

Xuan is a prestige purchased Porter.

Turning Pandora's hand to inspect the branded, Jack asks; "Nice brand. Ain't like no piracy or thieving brand I've seen. Where it from?"

"'One who decides?' what kinda gibberish is that. Speak clearly servant." ignoring the servant and addressing his companions the Baron continuous "If that was one of mine, when there would be some right disciplining for such incompetence."

Jack paces, boots filthy from the street tracking the floor while the spikes on his armor give off faint clinks. Recent rain may have removed some gore from the armor but it remains stained with black icor, now with a slight mildew odor.

This character also has a per-scenario checklist to go over.
1) He has two purchased riding animal. As per the menagerie FAQ, the riding gecko is the active pet and the dire riding bat is the mount pet.
2) Long before the start of the scenario, he purchases a casting of carry companion to be cast on his riding bat.
3) Jack has nightmares. If the start of the adventure is something that the character would know about ahead of time; for example if there is a travel time to the destination or the VC's see fit to schedule the mission, he will use the wand of Keep Watch to spend the night before arrival or the briefing awake. If not, he will have a few rolls to make.

The halfling Jack looks up at you in shock, "I'm a bloody Baron! Far above being questioned by peasant swine like you! What class? THE RULING CLASS!" In contrast to his haunty words, his armor chinks as he buffs out his chest while hair and flesh of his last foe dry on the spikes. Matching the armor his face is grimmy and still has blood behind the ears from a fight last week.

Jack is a brawler rogue that leans heavily into brawler, he is a tanky front liner but a terrible rogue. He also has some delusions about his own lineage.

You bring your Porter to mission briefs! GASP The security risk that poses! My Porter only speaks Tien, loose lips sink revolutions! Who knows what grey gardener informant is prying info out of your porter!

Mounted combat question:

Could a character take a standard action, use a move action to mount their mount, and then have the mount run as a full round action?

In context this would look like dismissing a held animal that was under the effect of Carry Companion, mounting it, and then running away.

1. Why are you a Pathfinder? The whole world must witness the glory of the Pineglade family, what better way to spread the glory and bring entire nations into the service of the family than travelling the world with the Society.

2. Do you have a name and surname that is not ripped straight out of existing Earth mythology or popular culture? How dare you insult my surname, the Pineglade family is an esteemed family with a full and rich history! I will have you whipped for such slights!

3. Which nation did you grow up in? How did this nation influence you? The Pineglade family is a halfling family the used the turmoil of the Galt rebellions to elevate themselves above the role of servants and slaves. Being Galt, the following rebellions saw the destruction of the esteemed Pineglade house. Jack now travels the world trying to re-establish his families power and glory.

4. What do you look like? What are your wearing? How does this vary when you’re stalking through forests, sewers, deserts or in glittering cities? For a self-declared noble and diplomat, Jack has a feral look to him. Jack carries very few weapons, but wears a wicked looking suit of spiked armor that as often of not still carries the ripped flesh of his past foes

5. What do you love? (Treasure and experience doesn’t count) Jack loves himself, his Glory, and the idea of a powerful Pineglade family.

6. What do you hate? (Unclear and irritating darkness level rules don’t count) ... I don't hate anything. Mighty foes only add to my glory and the glory of the Pineglade family once they are defeated. I guess those Silver Crusade bleeding hearts are annoying, wasting resources on the lazy that are not helping themselves.

7. Which other Pathfinders (PCs) do you rely on for teamwork, survival and butt-kicking? Do you have a bro? a mentor? a father figure? maybe a rival? Yes, the Venture Captains often provide a suitable entourage for my diplomatic outreach missions.

8. How does your race influence your views? Are you a stereotype of a certain race? How are you different from most humans/elves/gnomes/orcs/tengu? I am not one of those lazy weak willed halflings from Cheliax that are not ready to take their future into their own hands. Do not think of me as one of those or I will take your kneecap and feed it down your own throat.

9. What are you afraid of? Do you have any phobias or worries? I thought we established this already, I seek the mightiest enemies so that their fall will elevate the house Pineglade. In my life I will elevate the House Pineglade to the highest heights!

10. What is your most treasured possession? This is my porter Xue Ho. He is a devoted servant to the house Pineglade and has followed me into the darkest pits of Golarion without a single complaint. He seems to talk to himself a lot in Tian when he is stressed, but I'm sure if it was important he would speak up in Taldane... now that I think about it I've never heard him speak Taldane once, oh well.
