Good...

4/5

The fur is not as detailed and the face not as personalized as the image presented here but the pose really captures what this monster is all about.
The terrifying screech of the destrachan is shown in all it's glory. The size is also perfect to make this paint job a good job.
Good quality/price mini for sure.

Don't be Fooled

2/5

This image presented here is not at all like the actual product you get. As a common small miniature is not a bad job but the painting is too hasty and the mistakes are too many to have a good miniature.
Still positive points for making a mongrelfolk look scary and for the details in equipment.

I agree...

2/5

I like the gold motives and the paint job. But as Lady aurora told the "human standing" pose is not suited for a black bear even if a Celestial one. This is the perfect example of a good paint job with "no punch". No rage, no wildness. All that a bear should be.

It's just plain Ugly.

1/5

The monster itself just looks ridiculous to me so any paint job would never make him a honorable miniature. But the paint job choosen just makes it plain bad.
A monster is suposed to be scary. Green hands and feet. Green spots in chest and white paint job. Dull, boring. The verdict is guilty. Am i alone in this? I hope not...

As good as Common/Uncommon get

4/5

This is what all common should be like. Attention to detail. Careful paint job in a medium miniature. I especially like the gnoll skull and the unique flavour, as Lildragon already spoke, it gives a exellent flavour in a battle scene full of this guys. I only have two of them unfortunately...

Impressive

5/5

Yes, the large size helps make an easier and better paint job but this is still an amazing miniature.
This is image is not entirely acurate to the real paint job but the detail in the huge heavy warhammer, face, body and clothes makes this my first 5 star rating miniature. The heavy price tag also confirms what i am talking about.

AboVe average

4/5

This one is an above average miniature for sure. The detail is good and also the paint job. Many wonderful detail in it's skin (protuberances, slight change in colour etc). Not a very loved or famous D&D monster but a very nice miniature

Not as Shiny for sure

3/5

The price tag of 16 dolars is based purely in it's rarity. This also gives a little bit more detail in the painting job but not one of D&D minis finest.
The colors, flow of the robes are appealing but not as shiny or as perfect as in the miniature you get from the booster pack.

I believe it's not Unfair

1/5

D&D Miniatures have gone a long way from the first set and when i look at the first ones (especially the commons) i only see bad quality miniatures.
This one looks like a green dog with big teeth and the back on fire.
This was my first review and i will try to make them always fair. Not just saying bad things. This one is really an awful miniature
