Can Chromatic dragons be redeemed?

One of my characters currently has a bit of a captive audience in the form of an imprisoned Great Wyrm Black Dragon Matriarch (Trapped by a mutual foe aeons ago), locked in a magic circle so complex that he honestly can't unlock it yet.
I've managed to cut a deal with it that in turn for me unleashing it, it'll ravish our enemy and basically rampage like Godzilla all over his back yard, focusing on him before and above anyone else (Including innocent people), problem being my character is heavily good aligned and I know I can't trust a CE dragon with a huge chip on her shoulder to keep her side of the deal. More importantly even if she destroys out mutual enemy its unleashing an only slightly lesser evil upon the world and once she's done with him, well.

So I'm planning to use research on the circle as a cover to talk to the beast. Mechanically my character is smarter and more charming (But not as wise, otherwise he wouldn't be trying this) than the dragon.

What are my chances in all honesty? My most likely angle of attack far as I can tell is starting with a NE philosophy of the benefits of using others, then working up to TN its good to work together/you benefit personally in the long run from not eating villages then up to NG.
Which is probably as far as I'll be able to get 'em I'm guessing.

Anyone else got any amusing stories of unlikely allies or redemption.

What would a planet want exactly?

Its mentioned in the Worldwound campaign book that there's a secret well below Greengrave where those who re so inclined can get in touch with the spirit of the world of Golarion, or at least whatever it is that drives the Green Faith.
One of my players (A druid) is planning to slip by the demons guarding it with the help of the Sirabrae and get in touch with this sentience before sealing the well so the demons can't corrupt the entire world/consume its soul.

He's hoping to become Heirophant/Pope of the Green Faith by doing its will.

What on earth would a planet even want?
What could it give him?
How would a planet think?
I've got plans for the arc itself involving Shaorhaz and the White Stag so plot/encounters aren't a problem.
But how it would interact with him, its goals, so on, particularly after it hasn't been contacted by its worshipers in a small age (And the Worldwound has appeared since it did) how should/could I play this?

How would the spirit of an entire world act?

So having just got my copy of Blood of Shadows fresh yesterday I have to admit that while there were some fantastic bits and pieces in it that I honestly didn't expect and I'm certainly going to use.
Shadowcraft weapons were an out and out disappointment in my eyes, you're paying about 5000 times the price of a normal weapon for a weapon that has a fairly low will save that if passed drops your damage to 1 for that turn.
Its useless, worse than useless because the only 'benefit' of them is basically the equivalent of being transforming.
Except Transforming costs 10K while the least of Shadowcraft weapons costs 12.5K, so you're paying 1/5th extra for the benefit of having a serious chance of doing no damage.

Does anyone have any ideas on other sources for shadowy weapons, I was thinking maybe a special material to imitate weapons of pure darkness that pass through armor and flesh with equal ease but if there's any 3rd party (Or other options) out there I'd love to hear about them.

Or am I missing some real bonus factor to them and just being oblivious?

What's the best way to simulate this sort of power

In Pathfinder? The character in question is a fey creature of night, the forest, decay and rebirth, regrowth and I'm trying to think of interesting mechanics or gimmicks to go with that theme, having plants crumble at its touch only to be reborn blossoming, or grow wild would be pretty much on the nose.

So, one of the GMs in my group, who is running a Kingmaker campaign has just pointed out to me about 6 months too late that my character had a perfect chance to gain the half-dragon template at one point due to his Rogvarian blood.
When have you missed a golden chance at something fantastic in a game, only to realize or be told far too late to go back and do it, lets hear the tales.

So, after defeating Rhoswen one of my players has decided to take the title of Meistr (Welsh for Master) Fellnight and basically claim a Fey Peerage.
While usually this wouldn't work for toffee, he and the party have the serious respect of the local fey after they defeated Rhoswen and he's now becoming involved with a local Nymph (and gained the Fey-kissed feat for it), giving some valid strength to his claim.

My only problem is, there's not much information on the Fellnight, or the First World at all, I've got no idea to approach the Geography of the place, interesting or fantastical places they could now rule over, what could happen to slow them down or turn it into a plot hook.
Its their own personal demi-plane and I've got no idea on how to fill it and make it an interesting place, or how living in the First World/claiming Mastery over a tiny fragment of it would play out for a mortal man, it's not like the Eldest care for the area, it was a prison.
Usually I'd mix some 3rd party material in for inspiration and see what comes out but there's a sad lack of 3rd party material on the Fey or Planar Geography.

Does anyone have any ideas on things I could put into the area for them? They've pretty much enacted genocide on the Spriggan armies of Rhoswen so there won't be any problems from those (They put the stones back in place, used the ritual, then used the castle as a fortified position to decimate the Spriggan ranks from backed by a few archer golems and some construct dogs to round off the stragglers who fled)
I'd even be happy just to know if there are any books I can look in for ideas really, so far I'm thinking of putting a few ruined manors/groves around that once belonged to Rhoswens Nobility, who over the imprisoned years managed to upset or offend her and were destroyed for it, but apart from that and great Mahogany trees the size of Redwoods, there's really nothing that comes to mind.
Any advice?

Also, general Fey Geography and places thread, if anyone has any other ideas, I know the Witch Market thread a while back was fantastic for cool ideas.

My players are visiting the Witch market in the First world in our ongoing Kingmaker game.
And one of them (Who is the bastard sire of Rogvaria) is hoping to buy himself the power to rule.

We've looked around together and the best thing we can find for this is this template
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/templates/suzerain-creatu re-cr-1

Obviously this would be an incredibly powerful boost to any PC, doubly so in this case since he's a bard, however his character has Fey connections and I can't think of any justifiable reason he wouldn't be able to get his hands on such power and he's said out of character that he's pretty much willing to trade anything for this. Money, item slots, physical stat bonuses, memories.
I'm leaning towards pricing it at about 40-50K of gold (In character it'd be traded in perfumes, created from the blossoms of that one plant that Nymphs grow (Midnight Roses?))
But this seems a bit low, on the other hand I don't want to throw down a price that's so absurdly high that he can't afford it (Level 9, but they've got a lot of cash to throw about after the archer got a lucky shot on a Green dragon)

Can anyone give me any advice on how much this should cost him? Maybe drawbacks I could apply to it to bring the price down, or other options I can offer him as alternatives.
