I was hoping for Archy to follow me up in the air, so I could try to dispel his Fly spell. :)
I figured you would have cast it already if you had it, but the fly spell turns into a feather fall spell effectively when dispelled so it would not have mattered. :)
I am assuming this ends the match. No reason to waste rounds on the animal companion. All I would have to do is fly, and pump arrows into him once I escaped the entanglement anyway.
Archy- you have to succeed on the Escape Artist or Strength check as a move action to get untangled. After that, you're right. Since you're prone, you can stand as a move action without a check, but any subsequent movement will require getting free.
I will take my second move action to put my scythe away. :)
Round 14, Initiative 14
Move Action:I am going to stand up, not even going for the reflex save.
Standard Action:I will fore-go the reflex save. I will fly until I am 25 feet up.That means the first 5 feet I need to get out of the area of entanglement will cost 10 feet of movement. If I understand correctly the plants only reach up to 5 feet.
Free Action:"Tyrus I am coming. It is not to late to get out of this alive."
The Wolf Lord isnt there to instruct. Also Valora cant fly and will not be able to survive the Entangle vs 2 archers.
This is true. My fly spell is still active, and the druid can probably change form if needed assuming the wolf can get by the snake. He still has a chance, but it is not a good one. In any event I am here to continue the fight or await the next combat if there is one.
"Oh, I thought of another joke! Your partner might know this one. A druid walks into a bar and turns into a horse. The bartender says, 'Hey, why the long face?' Hahahaha!!! Get it?", he laughs hysterically as he casts another spell at Archy.

Fly 60' at an angle to L15.
Edit: Yeah, I just wanted to share my joke! :) Will save DC 22
Spellcraft: 1d20+9
Johnny yells to the crowd, ”You ready for an Archery show? We have a moving target and everything!”(Free action) and commands Walker to Defend him again(Free Action). Walker double moves to K18-L19. Johnny raises his bow and fires at his flying foe (Full Attack Action)

Where is Walker? I am asking since the map has not been updated.
Torinath you get a will save every round to break free, as a full round action. I can't believe he had 3 of those ready.
I only get one 3rd level spell as a 6th level sorcerer.
You were 20' up, correct? Do you take falling damage or just float to the ground?
I was not saying I don't believe you in that sense. I was saying in the sense of "just my luck". I actually thought you were a wizard who was determined to spam that spell until it worked.
The fly spell would force me to float to the ground.
dm:
I guess I would have passed through the wall of wind at some point. Do I know where it is yet. What I really want to know is can I shoot the flying caster. If not I will fly back up there once I break free.
Walker slithers over blood trail left by the sharp grass, but no new blood is spilled. No sooner than the vegetation begins to whip around and grab at Walker and Johnny Red.
Johnny & Walker, make a DC 14 Reflex save. If you fail, you are entangled. (The character is ensnared. Being entangled impedes movement, but does not entirely prevent it unless the bonds are anchored to an immobile object or tethered by an opposing force. An entangled creature moves at half speed, cannot run or charge, and takes a –2 penalty on all attack rolls and a –4 penalty to Dexterity. An entangled character who attempts to cast a spell must make a concentration check (DC 15 + spell level) or lose the spell.) The spell's area of effect is fully visible, so it is marked on the map.
Archy floats in the air towards Beckett, barely bothered as he passing through the wind wall, and stops when he is hovering just a few feet above him. Valora scampers away towards another boulder, trying to slip from view.
DM:
I will be pulling out the scythe on my next turn. That is why I put the bow away last time. :)
I will put the bow away and go to where the snake was striking. Put me in the same square as Beckett if possible, but 5 feet above Becket if I can reach that square him. Having higher ground gives me a +1 to attack. I will find the rule if I need too. :)
It is in the "Table: Attack Roll Modifiers".
Archy says in an irritated voice, "Time to end this. If you won't come to me I will go to you"
edit: perception check to see Valora 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (15) + 11 = 26
Option A: That puts my feet 10 feet off the making me believe my head clears the rock so I can shoot at a target. I don't the height of the spell beckett has up to block my arrows or if I am high enough to negate his cover so if I can see him he is the target. I will take my chances with the wind wall spell since my character does not know what it is, and hopes the protection spell is still back at the area of the first attack
PS. If the rock is 10 ft high, and he is up against it I doubt he is valid target.
I have been cheating myself out of damage that is why my damage is greater. My bow is a +2 enhancement, with a +2 strength bonus, +4 for deadly aim, and +4 for the ranger focus. 2+2+4+4=12. I was only adding the +4 for deadly aim and the +4 for ranger focus.
If I can not see Becket hopefully I can the Tyrus. I will fire at him but I won't be using my switching my ranger to him. I will keep it on Tyrus. That means my attack rolls and damage will 4 be lower.
I am still confused about what is going on. Are you meaning to target me, or Tyrus, which just moved behind the rock? Who is your Snake attacking? Your teammate is the only one close enough, or are you confussed where you are at?
The snake is not attacking anyone. Torinath does seem to have line of sight to you from Q 17.
spellcraft1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17 Archy mutters himself "Oh great, another spell." Archy says "You are only stalling wolf-man." "I doubt yeilding will be an option this time."
Seeing Beckett move to the south on the other side of the large stone, Johnny moves to Q17 with Walker following to occupy O14-P15 (Move Action), and commands Walker to Defend (Free Action).
Johnny then takes a shot at Beckett with his bow yelling, “You shall yield eventually, Pin Cushion. Here, let me add to your collection!” Attack: 1d20+8
Damage:1d8+3
Miss Chance: 1d100

Edit: Seeing his shot fly wide he says in a somewhat embarrassed tone, "I did say eventually, didn't I?"
a bit of rules lawyering
DM and Torinath:
Torinath I thought you had to specify what you were readying an attack against. In other words you have to specify regular attack or grapple, and the condition under which your snake would or would not make the attack. You could have it attack the Beckett specifically or his wolf specifically allowing the other one to pass, or either one, without a preference once they get within range of it. If it is good enough for the DM it is good enough for me though.
Round 1, Initiative 14
I thought the other thread was the battle spot.
My initiative was 14. I drink a potion and prepare for the 1st round of combat. My guy's new name is Archy. Cornelius was taken already.
That peasant is mouthy. I will have to put him down along with his puppy.
