Feats:

Improved Unarmed Strike: Considered armed, even when unarmed. Unarmed attacks can do lethal or non-lethal damage.
Perfect Strike: You must declare that you are using this feat before you make your attack roll (thus a failed attack roll ruins the attempt). You must use one of the following weapons to make the attack: kama, nunchaku, quarterstaff, sai, and siangham or any bow. You can roll your attack roll twice and take the higher result. If one of these rolls is a critical threat, the other roll is used as your confirmation roll (your choice if they are both critical threats). You may attempt a perfect attack once per day for every monk level you have attained (but see Special), and no more than once per round.
Point-Blank Shot: +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls with ranged weapons at ranges of up to 30 feet.
Precise Shot: No penalty for shooting in to melee

Friend of Janira: Friend of Janira Gavix, The field agent who oversaw your Confirmation is appreciative of your bravery and camaraderie in the face of danger. She helps you perform research, granting you a +1 bonus on Knowledge checks attempted while you are in the Grand Lodge.

Fluff:

Arcana was born to two normal human parents, much to their surprise. Accipitridae is not her family name but her parents thought it appropriate considering. She had as normal a childhood as one would expect of someone with wings and feathers, always a bit of an outsider. As an aasimar she grew slower than her peers. Fearful they would pass on before she fully matured, her parents sent her to a monastic order in the mountains to live and train, and perhaps tame her mischievous and impulsive side. She enjoyed the martial training and took to the longbow quickly but had little interest or care for the mental and intellectual aspects of the order. She found she could not be bound by the strict monastic disciplines and vows and after a few years she was politely invited to leave and make her own way in life. She wandered aimlessly for a while and discovered she did not like having no purpose, no direction in life. She wanted to accomplish something glorious, to help people. In Absalom she learned the Pathfinder Society might just be what she's looking for with promises of adventure and resources.

Arcana is a Plumekith and it shows. Like a bird, her amber iris' take up the entirety of her eyes. No white sclera is visible and she sports feathered, steel colored wings. The wings are quite large, when folded the pollex of the wings adds two feet to her height and the lowest part of the wings just drag along the ground. Her tunic isn't so much a shirt as a sleeveless and backless rectangle of grey cotton with three ties to keep it on. Her arms aren't entirely bare. Several large feathers lay flat against her skin and a pair of leather vambraces do very little to hide the daggers at her wrists. Although she's short, her large wings and defined muscles make her look quite imposing, at least when she wants to. She carries an exquisitely made composite longbow. Her bird-like ancestry leaves her excitable and easily bored.
