I have sent 2 e-mails to customer service about this and got nothing more than 2 automatic responses.
I have ordored a subscription to both Dragon and Dungeon, but they don't appear in the My Subscription tab. But the transaction appears on my credit card bill on Dec. 1st.
So is the subscription tab not showing it or did you now update my subscription?
I'm getting a bit impatient because I paid for it and I'm not getting anything.
