Colada to a minor noble family, Alison's status granted her little but an education.
She studied feminine arts, hoping to have a few years of adventure before attempting to settle down with a more a socially advanced husband.
After University she elected to join the scouts, see the worlds... something went wrong, the atmospherics failing on her ship she lived on choking air until rescued and even now she is nervous on-board ships.
Being ejected from the scout force a long way from home she considered returning in shame, but instead setup business, linking cargo and clients to ships, staying planetside as much as she could. Eventually she decided to make the long voyage home, in a stasis pod to ease her discomfort. She did not expect the journey to last 900 years...
